Comfort First Heating and Cooling

I have just finished up with my second system installation with Comfort First. The first system went in about 5 years ago with great customer service, fantastic installation, a very good product and very good follow through. I called earlier this month to get my second system replaced by them as well. I was greeted on the phone in a very friendly and professional manner. An estimate was scheduled for the next day at which a very knowledgeable and friendly rep was at my home at the exact time. My square footage was measured and my needs were calculated and a new unit was with recommended with options that would potentially save me money in the long term. My old system had been evaluated and what could be kept was, to keep my costs down. At no point did anyone seem pushy or need to talk down to me to explain the features and the recommendations. A crew arrived in two days to install our new system and they were in and out. The install went very smoothly. I have been contacted by the office on several occasions to ensure I was completely satisfied with the unit, the install and the way the air feels in the house. After all, they do have a guarantee that if I’m not satisfied, they will remove it and put the old one back at no cost to me, so they have a lot riding on my satisfaction. Best of all, my wife is very happy with the way the house feels. She was barely aware that all of this happened due to the speed and cleanliness of all the people who visited our home. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. I have dealt with them twice now over several years and they have been consistently above grade and have a strong desire to do right by the customer.

We have not had heat for two weeks, from January 4^th and beyond. These people have come out 5 times and still haven’t been able to solve the problem. Please get some competent, knowledgeable people on your staff! If I could give a negative star I would.

This Company has very POOR customer service! My AC was out for 3 days before anyone showed up and then it was after hours on a Friday so everything was closed. The part was ordered on Monday and took them another 3 days to come install. In all the AC was out for 10 days in the middle of August! Don’t believe their website where they «Guarantee» they will keep you comfortable!
