This is actually a shout out to the manager. We were there on the 11th of July between 10:30 am and noon. We had a small issue with one of the items served with our breakfast, but the manager went above and beyond to remedy that issue. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I am a CA girl so have always wanted to go to a Cracker Barrel. My first trip to the East Coast and was excited to try this place. Dinner would have given this place 5 stars. Maybe I should have stopped there :(Love to shop so how awesome is it that you can place your order then go browse and spend money while you wait for your food. Again I am still at 5 stars at this time. I really wanted deep fried chicken livers. Chicken Livers are one of my favorites(don’t hate, they are actually good :) When I was going to order them the waitress informed me it wasn’t their best item. She said they are hard and overcooked so I was sad but passed based on her recommendation. I had the country fried chicken and it was really great. Boneless/skinless big breasts with a light and crispy coating with mashed potatoes and gravy. Great dinner and no complaints. My brother in law had steak and eggs. Holy cow it came with fried apples(like the inside of an apple pie) grits(gross, sorry just didn’t get the hype on these bland things at all) hashbrown casserole(hashbrowns mixed with cheese-good but not breakfast food if you ask me) a side of gravy, and 2 biscuits. Damn it was a lot of food but good for me cuz I got to sample everything. The waitress was friendly and efficient. No complaints. I was so jazzed I wanted to go back for breakfast… this is where things went South. lol Their menu is sooo limited. No omelets, no scrambles, no country fried potatoes… seriously? They just had eggs. Eggs with steak, eggs with bacon, eggs with ham, eggs with pork chops, etc. You could add pancakes and they had french toast but I am not a sweet eater. I am also not a huge fan of eggs. I guess I shoulda read the breakfast menu at dinner the night before, saved myself a trip and CB would have had their 5 stars. As is I had to settle on 3 but I will bump them to 4 just for ambiance, rocking chairs, and the game of checkers I played with my niece outside when we were done. Go see for yourself. I would definately go back again when in the South but just not for breakfast!

We visited for dinner last night and we had the haddock plate and the catfish platter. It was very good. You can’t complain about the price either. The service was excellent and I like visiting the little store at the entrance of the restaurant. Great family restaurant in this area.

The food is good, the service is prompt and friendly, and there’s an ‘at home’ atmosphere that I enjoy. I usually get the Momma’s Pancake Breakfast. Portion sizes are large and the pancakes are fantastic!

The service is good, and generally the food is decent too but sometimes there are issues. During my last visit, my mom’s salad contained lettuce that had gone bad and the mushrooms on her meal were raw. I believe they were able to get it removed from the bill before paying.

The food was great and the staff was really friendly. The service was quick and the store has a lot of great items. After having a good dinner, we walked through the store for a while and got a few cute decorations for our house. We’ll definitely be going back to this CB.

I’ve eaten at this Cracker Barrel several times in the last year. I prefer it over some other locations in the area but I think there is some room for improvement. The wait staff are generally pleasant and offer good service. Some of the cashiers seem less than thrilled with their jobs and sometimes the food isn’t as good as other Cracker Barrel locations that I’ve been to. But I will keep coming back for the food and shopping in their store.

Good food, friendly service and walking distance from the Honda service center. Average price for a meal here is probably around $ 8.99, which is very reasonable to me considering portion sizes and that it is a dine-in restaurant. Plus, the neat trinket store is always fun to walk through. Walked here for lunch today while my car was being serviced. It was about 11:15(on an Saturday) and my party of 2 was seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and took our drink order immediately. After that we couldn’t drink ¼ of our ice teas down before he refilled them again. We had the BLT and fried chicken tenderloin sandwiches with coleslaw and steak fries and a side of ranch. Yum. Everything was just right. I love buttermilk ranch, salty and yummy. Not that sweet stuff you buy at the store or some fast food restaurants have for a dip. The coleslaw was milky with a touch of sweetness… I was impressed because we’ve done slaw at another Cracker Barrel and were not fans. Overall, pretty decent experience.

I’ve taken my kids to this CB a handful of times and always had a decent meal and service. Last night, we had out of town guests who wanted«country food». The kids were all satisfied with their meals and mine was very good(spicy grilled catfish, 2 large filets that I could not finish) but my friend’s chicken fried steak was tough and cold and her gravy was so cold and congealed that she scraped it off entirely. The wait staff and store staff were very friendly and attentive and prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes.

This Cracker Barrel has been crowded since it opened on Labor Day. However, I got good, fast service when I went for a late lunch several weeks ago. Last night, however, service was abyssmal. It took forever to get our drinks. I was told they were out of chicken and dumplings — one of their staple menu items — so I had to reorder. The waitress expected me to know the menu by heart, so I had to ask for a menu. Immediately I got my vegetable plate and finished my food before my husband got his. When his meal came, they brought out what I had originally ordered. On top of that, the food they brought looked like a pile of raw dumpling dough. We asked for condiments repeatedly and never got them. My husband had to ask for his sides several times. At the checkout, I got the perfunctory question as to how my meal was. I told the cashier exactly what I thought and she looked back at the manager who was standing over her shoulder, but he turned a deaf ear to my comment. They really need to work on the communication between the servers, runners and the kitchen and the management needs to learn to deal with complaints.
