Never do business with Ken as he is a crook and does very shoddy work. I have no idea how he even stays in business. He took $ 1600 from my wife and another $ 150 for a permit that wasn’t even needed per his own contract. The only thing my wife is guilty of is trusting people too easily. Thankfully I don’t and have audio and video of many interactions with Ken and his employee with two months of experience that was sent to do this job. He actually called the kid a few names I can’t put in print and threatened to go to his home and «take it out of his a$$», if he didn’t finish the job that he clearly told Ken and us he wasn’t comfortable doing. We are now in the process of suing him in small claims court. Ken Huffenstutler General Clown is what his business card should read. Actually I don’t even think he had one.
