Wonderful soaps made locally. And, Arts & Crafts made (also) br local artisans.
The owners are lovely & friendly people, it’s so nice to go in and visit as well as buy.

I love this store!
I did a good deal of my Christmas shopping there. The soaps, candles and lotions in the store are made locally by the owners. The other items in the store are almost solely made in North Carolina.
I really like their «Goats and Oats» soap. It’s my favorite gift to give people and they all swear by it now. They are continually adding to ther offering of homemade soaps and lotions. They also carry soaps for sensitive skin, scented soaps, glycerin soaps, Emu oil balm (great for inflammation and joint pain), Buzz Away Lotion Bar (to keep away insects), loofah soaps and much more.
In addition, they carry pottery by Chana Meeks Heins. She is a talented potter who has reintroduced pottery pieces that were used long ago but you rarely see. These pieces are both useful and beautiful. I really like her grater dish, chocolate cake mug and salt pig. She also makes «muglies» which are like face jugs on a mug. These are guaranteed to put a smile on your face with your morning coffee.
They also carry handmade jewelry, handpainted pots, nightgowns, purses and the list goes on.
