One star only b/​c of courteous techs and dispatcher. Our pool solar system was more than 15 years old and required a replacement in early March. No choices were given, and neither was thorough orientation for this totally automated computerized (supposedly $$ saving??) system. Besides being user UNfriendly to operate, it apparently is not powerful enough to utilize our one season old vacuum. A single tech came a while back and it seemed to work for awhile. And now suddenly it is overheating and the pool is a sickening deep, deep green as the pump stopped functioning completely and neither chemicals nor vacuum function. No techs have been available for 2 weeks. We are verrry frustrated! to say the least. Big bucks to install something that has yet to work correctly and now bigger bucks to clean the pool, assuming they get it running again… Be very wary of this company on its third name.
