I went here a few years ago because I was looking for a new dentist. I scheduled for my teeth to be cleaned, and the dentist had one of her assistants clean my teeth. Not a hygienist, but an assistant. And of course she did not use a scaler, just floss and cups that removes stains. I think it is illegal and shameful to charge someone for a dental hygiene session that is performed by an unlicensed technician (I have nothing against dental assistants, but they are not qualified in dental hygiene). I guess the dentist thought I was dumb and would not notice.
On a positive note, it was easy to receive a copy of my xrays when I requested it. Sad that they didn’t ask why I was considering changing dentists. THis dental office is a total downer.
