I am new to the area and asked around for suggestions on a plumber for some home remodeling we were doing. Received several quotes, some over the phone because the company didn’t want to come to the house. Steve scheduled an appointment right away. He gave us a very reasonable quote and started the job the following Monday. Took two full days and they did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

Warning — unethical and incompetent. I hired My Personal Plumber several times over the years to repair toilets, etc. No complaints. This past May I paid them $ 395.00 to install a whole house filter. This was clearly beyond their understanding and they installed it so that it comes out of the hot water heater. It took another plumber about 30 seconds to tell me only half of my water was being filtered. My Personal Plumber first pushed off dealing with it by telling me they would return my call on the following Monday. No call. When I did call I was told it was not convenient for them to take down my phone number at that time to return my call, and that it was installed that way because it was really a water softener (not), and I told them to do it that way (yeah, right). Don’t use them. If there’s an issue, you will get the big stonewall.
The entire installation will need to be redone from scratch.
