Awesome service! Helped us with a tire on our horse trailer and got us back on the road in record time.

I called the day before to schedule an appointment. Asked to have it inspected, oil changed, lubed, belts and hoses checked and brakes checked. There’s been a scraping sound. Asked to see if they could find it. Dropped it the next day(reviewed all the above) at 7:30. Called around 11. No one knew anything, said they’d call back. Checked in at 2:00. Got hold of Kelly — who I’d spoken with the day before and that morning. Said he’d handed it off to a tech. He or the tech would call back shortly. I went back to work and lost track of time. At 4:45 the office person called. No she didn’t know anything. It was ready. They were open till 5:00. Booked over with nothing to spare. Kelly had left. I let her know I didn’t plan on coming back next time I needed tires etc. She got the tech. The tech who worked on it said they’d never gotten it to make the scraping sound. No he didn’t know why it took 9 hours to change the oil, inspect it, check the brakes and hoses. And no one told him to call me. John — nice guy — said if I starts making the sound to please come by and let him have another shot at it. On the strength of John trying to make up for a complete lack of communication and keeping my car for 9 solid hours I added 1 star. No idea if Kelly will actually call me back with any information. 65 bucks for services rendered. Should have had the car back no later than noon. Not happy. Follow up. Unfortunately Kelly didn’t call me. Took the start back off. Not sure what’s happened as Perry Brothers used to be a great place. Now it seems like no one knows what the other person is doing. I got a lot of «Who the Hell are you again?» from some of the people there. Only John seemed to care if I was happy with his work. Too bad Firestone next door went out of business… competition is good.
