Pizza Hut

Good buffet but poor service. They are usually understaffed which is the problem. My son and I went there the other day for lunch and there was no pizza or pasta. The desert pizza was not cut so that was a mess. The salad bar was empty.
I complained to the manager but all I got was excuses. They even ran out of plates. This Pizza Hut has always been ran by inept Management. Stay away.

Ordered pizza at 6:11 pm for dilivery less than 3 miles from kitchen. Email confirmed a 1.5 hour delivery. At7:41 pm called to see where location of pizza. Was advised it would take 2 hours. At 8:26 pm called for pizza and asked for a discount. Was given $ 3 off unacceptable!!! Was advised that until 2 hours late would not give more discounts.
Pizza arrived with 6 min to go and was Cold!
Pizza Hut finally gave free pizza but would take 2 – 7 days before credit would be given.
First order since 2001 and will be last.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. Hands down. No question. Would leave zero stars if I could. Been here nearly an hour now. Still haven’t received a pizza. Oh hey! I was just informed that they made it wrong. They’re gonna make another.
Our waiter is inept. He attempted to take our somewhat complex order for 5 people without writing it down. Then he came back 5 minutes later with a pen and paper. He wrote it down. A few minutes later he came back to make sure he wrote it down right. 3 of 5 drinks at the table are currently empty.
The salad bar is a disaster. Out of lettuce. Perhaps the most important item on a salad bar. I was told that I could enjoy a free salad bar for my inconvenience. A free lettuceless salad bar I guess.
The front of house and back of house staff is arguing with each other. Loudly. I won’t bore you with the details of their conversation. But the fact that I could should be embarrassing to them. Where is the manager!!!
Lastly…you need to know that we are the ONLY table here. They are not busy taking care of other people. They are not busy. Period. They close at 10. We arrived at 8:45. It’s now 9:50. The rest of the table got their food at 9:40. Still haven’t seen my pizza. 9:56. My pizza is here! It’s free! Wow. I would hope so.
Don’t come here. Just don’t. This pizza tastes pretty good. But I’d rather have a root canal than run the gauntlet of this abominable service and environment.
