Overcrowded. Appointments are booked in 20min increments, when they quote each session at an hour. 2 portrait studios approximately 5+ families waiting. I understand running behind, but an hour or longer wait with infants and children is unacceptable. My suggestion just walk in because appointments are not honored.

I will never coming here again. Brought my kids here last Christmas for pictures and was so offended, I wanted to leave. We didn’t even buy as many pictures as we normally do. The guy was rude to my older son. My son has speech issues and the guy made a comment about how he spoke. Will never give this place my money again.

Been here twice for Christmas & my 4 yr olds birthday and have to say, we were very happy wit the photos we got. And the quality .
Both times, we had Melissa helping us at the Sanford location. Lovely girl who was very patient. & had no problem taking as many pictures or poses as we asked. Will def be back and will request her !! We bought the whole package nearly

Never a sitting fee and the price for your «favorite» pose is fabulous. The backgrounds are pretty basic. They offer holiday themes and will take anywhere between 50 – 100 shots. I recommend going during the week the weekends get crazy and they can’t seem to manage their time wisely. I had a 3:40 appointment and I wasn’t seen until 5 pm. This studio is a bit smaller then other portrait innovations with only 2 rooms. You get your prints same day and usually within an hour!

I have said in the past that I will no longer use studios, but my little one is turning 1 and I wanted at least some pictures around his birthday! I was worried because the pictures in studios are usually not very creative and the photographers are not usually very good. Ashley was amazing with the boys, took a large variety of background and did the best job I’ve ever seen done in a studio! I ended up spending way more than I would have anywhere else and got a canvas for my wall, but the pictures are totally worth it!

Great prices, and instant satisfaction! You get the pictures before you leave, so you don’t have to wait to see your little cutie patootie’s adorable poses!
I’ve been here twice. The first time was ok. I have a one year old that wasn’t very cooperative, so I ended up with not many great shots. I went in for the special. For $ 10, you get several pictures of one pose. This was great, but I hated that the guy was really pushing to get me to buy more. I was clear that I was just there for the special, but he still tried to sell me on $ 50-​$ 100 packages.
The second time, we were paired up with Michael, who did his very best to take creative pics of our son. He chose lots of different backgrounds, and took his time to capture the elusive smile. There was no pressure to purchase more than we wanted, and he even tried help us stay within our budget. Great experience, can’t wait to take my little sugar bear back for his next close up!
