Good theater! Stadium style seating that were pretty comfortable. We went here on Tuesday night and the tickets were $ 6 «tight wad Tuesday».

Pricey in comparison to other theaters… Best day to go is «Tight-wad Tuesdays». Overall its a good small town theater.

I never knew this place existed. For months I’ve been traveling to Southern Pines to see movies. I am so happy I found this place. Not only is it convenient to Carolina Lakes, but it’s reasonably priced, and clean. Very impressed! Our new favorite movie spot!

It’s clean enough and the folks are courteous, but no sound in theater 4 and it’s just like«whatever.» That’s kind of a complete lack of quality in service, the theater should shut the room down and fix it before they sell tickets for any show. Let’s not forget the collapsing upper right corner of the screen. I know it’s Sanford, but give me a break people. I don’t want to drive to Durham to catch a movie…

Only 3 for lack of cleanliness and comfort. Screen was amazing sound was great. We saw a Saturday matinée, so the crowd was non existent. This helped set the stage for a nice quiet experience in the theater free of talkers, babies, and general stupidity. As stated, the seats need cleaning at the very least. They flat out stink. The cushions on the arm rests were sub par and I found myself trying to adjust my arms in a way to ensure they weren’t resting on hard plastic. The arm rests were just awkward. Aside from these things it was a pleasant movie going experience. I will probably go back as Fayetteville has nothing but loud and disgusting movie theaters.

Great theatre with military friendly prices. I tried other’s in Fayetteville and Raleigh is just too far away for me. The theatre is always clean and staff are friendly. Prices are not near as bad as Carmike theatres and regal cinemas. I fully recommend this one.

We have lived in the area for about three years now and Frank theaters spring lane 10 is the only one my family and I feel we can go to without leaving in an ambulance. While it may not be the biggest, the most up to date décor wise, it has the charm of the old small town theatre. The friendly and helpful was eager to take the $ 475 it cost for five tickets and a popcorn and 2 drinks. Ok not really but movies are expensive if you get my drift. We saw the Lego movie which also helped our moods improve because it was hilarious. Like i said the theatre could use some updating, but overall the place was clean and the sound system did the movie justice. We will always come here for our movie enjoyment.

Get there early. Like really early. This place gets packed. The seats are super comfy and the popcorn is really good. Ticket prices are really reasonable, too.

This theater is the worst. You have to walk over at least four people to take a seat or have at least four people walk over you. They designed the individual theaters with one isle. It’s a fire hazard at worst and a pain in the a** at best. It’s as though 15 extra tickets justifies making a jerk out of anyone who might have to use the restroom during the movie. I won’t be coming back here. Poor design = inconsiderate business practices. Tickets cost too much for seats/people to be crammed into unsafe and inconvenient rows. Also, this trend of showing tv commercials before the show is a joke. We’ve paid to see something we saw for free at home. Lame!

I like it. Why? Because I can go to a late run and be the only person in the entire theater. It’s like having my own personal showing. Now, their dearth of business probably isn’t the best of things, but it’s Sanford and Sanford seems to have a pathological drive to kill anything good that may pop up in its borders.(See: Thai place burned down, sushi destroyed by tornado, German and Peruvian places went broke) Never-the-less, I enjoy a theater that isn’t crowded, so there. And to be fair, their prime-time showings seem to be pretty packed. We attempted to go to an opening weekend showing of a Sherlock Holmes flick and they had 1 ticket left for the 7:30 on a Saturday and that definitely didn’t pan out. It’s as clean as you can expect a cinema to be, sticky in places, but with floors swept clean. You have your Icees, candy, nachos and so on… or whatever sort of minibottles you managed to stuff in your purse. Are there indy movies? Not really. But you get the occasional fluke that shows up outside of your regular blockbusters.
