My boyfriend came in today to get a new phone. He’s going from a Galaxy to an IPhone. Stephanie from the store was helping him out. She verified his number and did all the changes… Or so we thought. On our way home we realized his old phone worked but his new one was working as well. Come to find out since he’s on a family plan she put his mothers phone number with the new iPhone. We called her and told her what happened and all she had to say is sorry mistakes happen. I understand that but please fix it. She said his mom needed to go to a store and change it herself. It’s a little difficult to have his mom do that when we are in Florida and she lives in Georgia. We cannot call her because when we call her it goes to my boyfriends new iPhone. She was very rude and not helpful at all. We just finished speaking to corporate about the situation and hopefully they will be able to fix it. Why Stephanie is working there I do not understand. She has no idea what she’s doing and is rude. Corporate just fixed it over the phone actually and it didn’t involve his mother to have to go to any store and be inconvenienced. Please fire Stephanie.
