My mom bought a pair of glasses here. It took 2 weeks to get done. Lenses had 4 chips in them, 2 were huge chips, so we took it back to them and even paid extra to upgrade the lenses. Now, 2 months later, they still have not replaced the chipped lenses. Apparently the new lenses arrived, but they lost them, so are re-​ordering again. Each time I call, no one seems to know when they will arrive. The answer is always, «We will call you when they arrive.» They all seem to be clueless. My mom has had enough of the waiting game and will return the glasses tomorrow. Over 2 months for a pair of glasses is just wrong…

Sanford, FL
Last year, the opticians sent an incorrect prescription to the contact lens company. It took me two months to receive the correct lenses. This year, they called two times to recieve insurance authorization so the insurance company put a hold on my file. Target Optical called me on Friday afternoon to inform me they I needed to call the insurance company.
Lesson learned — stay away.
