This is the worse customer service dental office I’ve ever seen, my daughter has Medicaid and I guess you paid for what you get. I fell off ladder at work called them told them that I need to reschedule her appointment immediately Laura their office receptionist wanted to informed me of their rescheduling policy and it would count against her visit wow I was mortified by their insensitivity to the current emergency problem I had. Then I talked to their office manager she told me that I had an attitude wow lady yeah hurt myself really bad but didn’t want my daughter to be penalize so I got my broke ass dragging In here to make sure she does not get penalized. I told their office manager that if I was paying this out of pocket we would t even have this conversation because I sure would take my business somewhere else and see how long their doors remain open. I drive all the way from Fayetteville because supposedly they got her locked in here and can’t transfer this is what I get from the MEDICAID system. Gonna be bringing up some open discussion with state board about their polices.
