Windstream has been THEWORST experience imaginable for Internet services. First of all, we were told our internet was bundled and that we were recording services at a discounted rate. When the bill came, we were charged twice as much as we were told over the phone. Later, when we called to discuss, the customer service representative was rude and not helpful. As I told her what the last representative said, she just kept repeating that there were no bundle deals. The last CSR assured us that the price was what we were expecting. Also, the Internet CONSTANTLY goes out and so the service is essentially useless. Of course, you get no billing credits for their issues. I would never suggest this company to others. Much more reputable Internet companies in the area that are much cheaper!

I am reviewing Windstream/Paetec internet/voice service for small business. This company has unfair business practices, bad customer service, slow internet speed for the bundle price with internet being spotty at times. I’d just have to wait minutes to hours for it to come back. Technical support talked down to me. They locked me into a 36 month contract and said it was their right to increase the price 1 month into it from what was quoted because the contract was for a «minimum amount». I can’t imagine this company is going to survive. I’ve worked with very good and so-so vendors in my 15 years of running a small business but this one goes into the arena of leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I do not write bad reviews lightly — check out all my others.

Worst customer service! Kept getting kicked out of automated system then I needed to go thru Blackfoot to get s person on the phone. Now my «all day» appt has me sitting around until 7pm because they couldn’t give me a find that someone would be here. Beyond frustrating

The worst experience in customer service. No solutiin to the probkem being raised. Very unfriendly. They do no value their customers. Ive been a good and loyal customer but now so fed up with the lousy service. When you are late for payment, they are so quick to add a late fee when you cannot pay online on time because there is something wrong with their online server or program. Now it becomes my fault that Im late to pay bill.
