I’m not the biggest fan of these stores, but my son wanted to go. The store is kept very clean and mostly organized. Most things are 99 cents which the kids love. I noticed the our cashier had a really rude customer before us and I could tell it hurt her feelings. I asked her how her day was and she immediately smiled and said it’s going great. I love customer service that knows to keep a customer experience positive even if they just had to deal with a jerk. It’s says a lot about Michelle’s character to not mention what I just witnessed and keep the focus on our shopping experience.
