We just had Hugo and Armando back to our place for the third time to build our third shed(we just keep running out of room!). They, along with Mari who manages the operation, are personable, reliable, highly skilled and extremely affordable, and work very efficiently. We give them our highest recommendation, and look forward to utilizing them on our next project.

Thanks Hugo and his assistant for building me a great 10×12 shed in San Martin. Mari was very quick with inquiries. They are a family owned business. The guys were on time(even with quite a long drive from Fresno), very friendly, professional and they worked hard. My shed is very solid and looks very nice. Check out their website for a lot of useful information. The price is very competitive and it is the best value for the quality after my extensive comparison with different vendors. They offer free delivery all over northern and southern California. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

These guys just finished a custom shed for me and let me tell you, they were awesome. 2 days from start to finish and all the mess was cleaned both days before they left. They are excellent folks to work with for sure.

At first, these guys seemed like they were doing a pretty good job. They were fast and efficient, and when we asked them to make some adjustments, they did it quickly. So why am I giving them one star? Because right after we handed them the check, their attitudes changed. Before and during the final transaction, Hugo Mota, the owner, assured and reassured me that our shed has a 3 year warranty and that if there are ever any defects or hazards with the shed, we can call them up and they’ll come down to fix it. So lo and behold, five hours later, I’m up on the loft placing and organizing boxes, and when I looked up, I stared into the sharp end of a nail. I looked around and, yup, the whole roof on the inside had the sharp ends of every nail used for the shingles sticking out. That is a real hazard! If I had lifted my head even more, the nails would have poked me or even penetrated my skin! So I called Mari, the one whom I talked to when ordering, and she kept telling me that they would be willing to come down to fix it for $ 150. One hundred and fifty dollars! Are you serious? They created a hazard with their so-called standard model of a shed and refused to fix the hazard. And on the same day that the shed was finished being built, so obviously, my warranty had not expired! And what is Mari’s reasoning? The shed’s are built that way, and they are not built with the intention of having people up there that high. Okay… so why do they offer to build a 4 foot loft near the roof? So she said the loft is for storage, not for a person up there. Okay… but the loft is 4 feet wide, not the 18 inch shelves; I can’t easily organize my boxes up there without actually being on the loft myself. Don’t get me wrong: the idea of a 4 foot loft is good, it really utilizes the space of the shed well. But if they were to offer this feature, they should at least consider the safety of the customers. I tried to reason with her, but she still refused to allow the fixture done without extra charge. Bottom line about this construction group: the workers and Mari are nice and cooperative up to the point of handing them the check. After you give them the money, their attitudes change. AND they still haven’t sent me the invoice and warranty, and it’s been… what… three days? That invoice and warranty was supposed to be handed to us when we handed them the check. Horrible customer service.
