Yes it is a huge chain but this store gives a major hometown feel. So many regulars that people know you by name.
The long term employees know you by car and know your drink when you drive up or walk-​in. That is sharp customer service.

I do not like to blast a businesses in general as I believe that everyone has a bad day. With that said the level of service at this location in a word is repulsive. When I see a lack of urgency in getting the customers orders out in a timely manner it is disturbing. Additionally when the leader is confronted with multiple issues coming from a guest and decides to give a canned response it does not speak well of the business. I am concerned that the leadership at this store has not addressed a cancer in the building and is allowing the guests to suffer.
