Subway

I haven’t felt so unwanted in a Subway as I did today. I went in and clearly stated what I wanted, then she asked me to repeat it… then she still got it wrong. I asked for a 6 inch cold cut combo on Italian herbs and cheese. She gave me a foot long. Then she had to ask what meats I wanted… well…I want the ones that come with the cold cut combo. Then when it came time to put the toppings on, instead of asking «what do you want on it?» she asked if everything was okay. Which is fine, but normally I’m asked the former, and so I had to say what I didn’t want on it. Even though I said no onions and no pickles, she still proceeded to put pickles on it until I said no again. It just felt very rushed and unprofessional… like she wasn’t happy with her job at all. in the slightest bit. She was quick so I’ll give her that. and the rest of the people there seemed to be enjoying their food. Hoping for a better experience next time I go in.

9:20 on a Monday night with two employees who act as if they hate working and would care less for customer service. Horrible service! My daughter just looked at me and reminded me why she doesn’t like coming to this subway.

Subway is not typically my go to choice when it comes to getting a sandwich.
There are some mom and pop locations that I prefer, but when I choose subway this is my go to location.
The reason I give this location 5 stars is it is the cleanest one I have ever seen on a consistent basis.
They do a great job of keeping the tables wiped down.
The thing that impressed me the most is where they prepare your sandwiches how clean they keep that. When I go to a subway and that area is a disaster it makes me want to just walk out the door.
The staff here is very friendly and they are very patient. When I take my kids in they sometimes take forever and the staff is always patient and keeps a smile on their face.
If your in Sanger and need a sandwich this is a good choice.

5 stars for quickness. Subway food is always good, but this Subway excels at getting those subs to the customers
