Could not be happier with my refinished floor! Todd and Joe were both really great to work with. Todd spent a whole day experimenting with color and technique to get the exact results I wanted. It was a lot of extra work, but no complaint from Todd! Excellent work, great price. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home– a super cute Taylor-​Wheeler near Fresno City College. Some yahoo actually painted the hardwood floors throughout with plain old high-​gloss brown paint that you could peel off in sheets with your fingernails in some spots. We knew it was an issue that had to be resolved, but had no idea how big of an atrocity until we started collecting quotes to have it refinished. The first guy (visibly shaken from the crime against such a historic house) told us anywhere from $ 6,000– $ 10,000; he couldn’t be more specific. A second guy passed on the job– said it would burn out his machines, take up too much sand paper, and wasn’t worth it. A third guy completely under-​bid us and we’re pretty sure just didn’t know what he was getting himself into. We were beginning to think we were stuck with them, until we found Todd’s Hardwood Flooring. They were reasonable, professional, trustworthy, and have achieved the impossible. Our 85-​year-​old original floors are spectacular. My one complaint is that they look perhaps too pristine; no one’s gonna believe they’re original to the house… But I’m sure my family will take care of that right quick. Save yourself some time and call them first.
