TITAN MOBILE HOMES

Three mobile homes in our park had to be replaced because of fire. So we ordered from Titan. Big mistake. My home was delivered with damaged appliances, cracked walls, beat up doors, scratched countertops. The molding corners didn’t match up and short pieces were plugged up with wood putty. Backsplash in kitchen and bathroom fell off when you touched them. Screens were wrecked. We did not get things we ordered. Duct work blew insulation for the longest time. All door jams were over drilled and were tight to open in close and sloppy to look at. Floors were scratched and up in spots. Electrical outlets were crooked and some didn’t even work. I could go on and on. Took over one month to get someone to come out and they fixed minor things. No one cares. They did not build to requests and didn’t listen. This place is crap and I’d rather have my 2003 back it was built better. I paid for a 16ft. Wide vs. my old 14ft. Wide and I have less room. Less storage. Do not use these people. They did not address even half of our complaints.
