I don’t expect 5 star treatment at 7⁄11 but any type of acknowledgement is the minimum you can provide to your customers. Hi? Thank you? Nope, cashier was too busy yelling across the store to a coworker while chatting and joking with 2 female customers taking up space next to the register. There was at least 4 – 5 customers whos transactions he blankly processed while completely ignoring the person directly in front of him. They should add common courtesy lessons to their new hire training.

A fairly small location but it is always very well stocked and the help is very friendly and get you out of there fast at rush hour times.

I have been coming here on and off for a few years. The location is very convenient and easily accessible via the street or freeway. The store itself, for the most part is well staffed and clean. My only two complaints is that the store can be rather shady at times due to the large population of homeless people that hang outside. Also, the store is situated in a ghetto part of Santa Ana, infiltrated by gangs. Im used to this kind of thing, but it isnt for everyone lol

So after the manager was told and shown there is no such law requiring people to bag booze he still tells his new hires to tell people they must bag booze !!! I was just in and a new gal was on her phone, I bought my one pint of ice cream and a bottle of beer, she pulls out bag I say no thanks she then says you must bag it, I say no your wrong, she gives me attitude !!! About 4 weeks ago same thing with young skinny kid he told me Mark told him that bags for booze are required I said Nope Mark is Wrong that its fabricated and I gave Jeff owner proof !!! I dont need a friggin plastic bag that will end up in dump or ocean !!! Mark is a clueless manager !!!

What can I really say? I mean it is your ordinary typical & eleven. I like to stop by this location because it’s near work and sometimes a girl just needs a snack before lunch! It’s a good size store with 2 employees working so their is hardly ever a wait. All the employees are nice and kind.

This is a very clean 7⁄11. I go here every single day for coffee and there is a young boy who is there at 4am and he runs around cleaning the place, making sure the coffee mess is cleaned, stalked goods, straightening out the store products — very nice young man which great work ethics. I enjoy coming to this 7⁄11.

this is a brand new 7 – 11, but its really a liquor license disguised as a 7 – 11. the place is filthy, has no selections and the bored or surely employees are too busy listening to their ipods– if they even speak any kind of english. the«good» 7 – 11 on dyer and the 55 fwy was out of something, so i came here at 730pm. their prepared foods-piza, etc, looked about 2 days old, the clerk couldn’t be bothered to answer a question-apparantly his ipod was rockin out. my office is new door – and i drive a mile to the dyer 7 – 11 so i dont have to deal w/this nasty hole in the wall… this place is what gives convenience stores a bad name… and a 6pack of corona was $ 9.25!!! apparantly 7 – 11 has no control or say once the franchisee ponies up their money. i wish there were zero stars.

Worst 7⁄11 I’ve been to in terms of time of operations. I work right down the street during late nights/early mornings so a 7⁄11 run is pretty frequent for me but I have found new alternatives instead of coming here. You can bet that 9⁄10 times you come here from around 11pm-5am it will be closed, usually without notice or a sign. I’ve often been seen by the worker inside pulling up, parking, getting out of my car, and proceeding to open the door when I find it’s locked. All I get is a dead blank stare from the worker waving his hand in a «no» motion. After this happened for the 5th or 6th time I started going to a different gas station down the street. Needless to say, a 7⁄11 is useless if it’s closed for 5 – 6 hours during late night operations. Maybe they should think of renaming it. (even if they are closing to re-stock. I know of many 7/11’s that re-stock late nights while still staying open so there’s really no excuse here.) I’m sure daytime operations are fine, otherwise it would’ve been a 1 star.

A 7-Eleven in walking distance from your residence is always a good thing. This location is pretty typical of the chain. It has your standard snacks, ranging from beef jerky to sour candy to granola bars. There’s a solid selection of alcoholic beverages– lots of good, name-brand beers. However, there aren’t many decent wines available. But, then again, you probably shouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a classy wine. I can’t comment on the hot food since I haven’t really tried it. I did have a hot dog once and it was actually better than expected(or was it my 3AM hunger bias?). The service is friendly. I’ve been asked on several occasions if I was able to find everything that I needed. This is pretty rare for a convenience store. The clerks also make it a standard practice to ask if you need a bag. I definitely do given the number of snacksi that I tend to buy! And, of course, it’s open 24⁄7. Super clutch when you’re coming home from a late night out and need a quick bite.

This is a good location for such place. The crew working there is friendly, and by now, they pretty much recognize me(I live a couple blocks away so I’m here all the time). They got a few things that some other 7’s don’t which is a plus. I’ve tried their Cheeseburger bites about three times now, and they’re always cooked to perfection. I haven’t tried any of their other«hot food» items so I can’t really judge em on that.
