I’ve been to numerous of stores in this area and every time I come to this particular store, the employees are extremely miserable; however, I can see why. I’m not quite sure if he’s the owner or store manager, but he needs to get off his high horse and stop acting like he’s such a big boss. What irritated me about this jerk is as he was pushing his cart around the store’s narrow aisle, he doesn’t say«excuse me» but nearly ran over my foot. As I said excuse me, no smile nor a reply back. When I commented, «nice, great customer service» he became irate. He was retaliating so I walked out of the store. Little does he realize, his CEO holds their executive meetings at the resort I work for and have his business card should I have any comments or issues. Good luck buddy, I hope you turn your whole attitude around.

It’s a 7-eleven, what’s to say. I rated low because apparently soap and deodorant are foreign concepts to cashier. His hands were filthy and when he rang up my Rockstar, he placed is finger on the portion of the can where you put your mouth. I find that repulsive. I washed can off with warm water upon entering my car.

What can I say? It’s a 711 in a bad part of town.

I’ve been a lot of great 7-elevens and a lot of terrible 7-elevens and this location is definitely one of the latter. I have been to this location about 8 times in the last 2 weeks for a new job of mine and last week I decided to change it up from my usual diet coke to a diet Dr. Pepper and it tasted like a 4 year old decided how much syrup to add to the machine and it was simply awful. So I tossed it out and got my diet coke. Fast Forward a few additional trips and I attempt to try their coffee(and I am a pretty big fan of coffee, tea, and soda) and it just tastes terrible – pump after pump of creamer and sugar couldn’t save this drink(and I have no idea where this mythical«top notch coffee» went that another reviewer raved about). So I tossed it and got my diet coke. Now at this point the clerk decides to start derailing me about how I come in *everyday* to throw drinks away. So I decide to give him a lecture on customer service and the poor quality of the usually awesome 7-eleven products and proceed to remind him that I won’t be recommending ANYONE to come here. So that’s what I’m doing. Sorry buddy but you have to earn your dollar in this recession and acting that way towards customers isn’t the most genius business strategy.
