The Dopest version of LIDS store – BSPK is located on 4^th St., DTSA! I’ve never walked into a hat store and felt like I was in HAT heaven till I stepped inside BSPK! I was all smiles from ear to ear! MY GOSH! Just when I thought I’ve seen the best of the best designs, I was wrong. I love this shop. I wish it wasn’t so far from home but when I’m itching for a new hat, I’m here! They have my fave DUCKS && DODGERS snapbacks. I swear, they have a hat for every team in every sport! So legit.
Customer service was exceptional too. The guy wasn’t pushy or rude. I went in 15 minutes before closing and he was kind enough to let me look around – no rush. Normally, associates follow you around or already made it up in their heads that we’re only there to look, so they don’t even bother. The guy was chill and even told me about the deal of 2 for $ 50. That’s not bad! And they do custom designs!

I always come here to get my hubby and family hats, as its low key in santa ana, and I will NEVER share where it is with my family… hahahhahaha… As they are unique with their caps and snap backs… Very good selection!!!

I almost didn’t see this shop walking in Downtown Santa Ana. It’s a great find if you like hats!
I didn’t purchase anything only because I had just purchased some hats last weekend, but if I had known about this place earlier, I would have hit it up. They were doing a deal of 2 caps for $ 50 which comes out a bit cheaper than Lids when they have the buy 1 get one 50% off.
What I was really impressed with was they have every team hat. Most stores you’ll find your local teams and them some popular national teams. But in this store, they have all the NFL hats in a section and all teams are represented, and then they do the same for MLB and NBA. You will find yourself looking way up high along the walls because that’s how large the hat collection is.
I was excited to find this shop, the staff was friendly and greeted us as we walked in and informed us of the deal right away. I may end up coming back sooner rather than later and add some more hats to my inventory, just because the selection was so good and the price was fair.

Came at 11 twice already and they never open on time must be nice! I don’t know why they just don’t change there business hours to 12 it’s a big inconvenience for us the customers especially when the Parking here sucks

Bespoke has hats for days AND they now customize hats in store, wonderful isn’t it? I’ve met most of them that work there and they are some of the nicest fellas that I’ve crossed paths with. I had a long review and i said a lot of mean things. Im not gonna bad mouth the store because of 1 employee. The staff is underage and inexperienced but they can get better. My buddy jeff works for them and hes a great guy. The manager tried to fix my. problem for me with a personal phone call. Id prolly give them a 2^nd chance and see if changes were made.

Store Says they open at 11 my husband and I were standing in front of the store at 11 and no one showed up. It is now 1120 and still nothing! No one showed up! that’s too bad looks like they have a great selection of hats and my husband is a hat craze so I’m sure he would of spent some money here. I had Unilocaled the wrong one I guess but here’s my review from this morning!

Wide variety of sports caps. They have some beanies and I believe they can customize. Check it out. Their kids selection is very small. But they had a Dodgers cap for our son and that’s 5-​star worthy right there.
