Staff here is very friendly. Food is great. Sometimes they’ll forget to bring your condiments(ranch, bbq, etc…) but can’t really complain as they are always busy

I don’t think it’s been that long when I considered Carl’s jr to be above the quality of Burger King or Mac Donald’s. Not anymore. They’ve really cut down on quality and service. In the last few years this place has really been letting go of the grasp it had on me, especially with their Santa Fe chicken sandwich. I used to love it. Now even their so called six dollar burger has dry meat. The Santa Fe’ chicken is hit or miss sometimes it’s ok and then sometimes it’s disguising. Stale bread spotty lettuce and a dry chicken breast. I don’t go to a cj anymore because I’ve already give up on it. I would’ve given it a 1 star but the other I had an all natural burger(those commercials work I’m telling you) and it was actually good. But even then their service is so lame. Boo.

The staff is unfriendly and most of the time my order is wrong and I hate that when I use my credit card and I go over 30 $ they ask for ID, but they don’t have a sign that says«over 30 $ on credit cards must provide a valid picture ID» I understand that they have I right to card people but why card me when the next one isn’t being carded??? Love Carls but their customer service bites.

I pull up, and say«we are only accepting cash» that’s fine. I order a bacon Swiss crispy chicken sandwich… «We don’t have those now»… So I order another thing, then order a milkshake… «we don’t have those either» Then I get my order, leave and they left out the sandwich… So I just got fried zucchini, lots of ranch… And napkins…

This is my boyfriend’s review. Walking in everyone looked miserable. The cashier who took my order needed me to repeat myself three times to get the order right. While at the register, a customer walked up and complained he didn’t get any cheese on his burger but was met with silence from our cashier. Shortly after that another customer walked up and complained that her burger was undercooked and had been waiting for a while already. I was beginning to regret walking in here. There was no ice in the drinking fountains and the soda was flat. Waited 15 minutes to get my food but it was good and accurate. Overall the main complaint is the staffs lack of structure and friendliness. Don’t think I’ll be back. As a side note, I came here very hungry.

I like the food for this spot, but the employees need to stop shouting with each other from across the restaurant. I want to GETAWAY from home, not get away to come back to the same ol shit!

Terrible food and slow service! I ordered the new Jalepenos burgers and fries and it took about 15 minutes for it to come to my table. The burger does not look tasty at all. In fact, it looks like its a week old burger. The buns looks like a mess. The turkey was half cold and it does not look appetizing at all. Even the Mcdonald’s $ 1 burger looks way better than this and it is heated properly. I would definitely not come back to this location again because of the slow service and the food.

The day I went in I had a Fried Craving Day… I went through the drive thru & when I ordered a large of regular fries & a large sweet patatoe fries & onion rings.(what can I say, I was on a deep fried mood lol) The lady on the other end was surprised & repeated my order twice trying to get it right lol. I pulled up to grab & pay my order & they looked at me funny, all I could do is giggle because they probably didn’t expect a small chick order so much crap. Overall I had fun & they ladies gave me what I wanted. Fries were good, No I didn’t finish them but I did enjoy them. Good Times =P

This is my go to spot for my semi-healthy fast food indulgence. I usually get the Santa Fe Turkey Burger and a Regular Turkey Burger without the special sauce. What is good and bad, is that they cook the Turkey Burgers on the spot, which causes the wait to be extended. Usually involves moving car to the side during a drive thru pickup. The workers here may not speak great English. That being the case requesting any promotional games or auxiliary information out of the normal scripted lines will throw them off. If you have coupons or if they have a new promotion, i would keep the dialogs to a minimum.

The service is very slow. Ive experienced wait times of more than 10 minutes on several occasion just for a burger! You may ask why do I still come? Well, sometimes you just dont learn. As far as going through the drive-thru, the service is a lot quicker. I guess the drive-thru takes priority over the take-out counter.

The one experience I had here was not the greatest. There was only really one positive thing that occurred when I went to this Carl’s Jr. So I decided to come here when I remembered I had a buy one get one free salad coupon. It was about 7pm in the evening and the place wasn’t very busy at all. When I went in and gave my coupon she asked me what salad I wanted, which one the one positive thing. I thought it was for a specific salad and she gave me options. After ordering I actually ended up waiting for a half hour for my salads. Not really fast food. She did check in with me once about 20 minutes and said that the chicken was cooking. But I was very curious what else was going on in that kitchen that it took 20 minutes to cook a chicken. I was planning to have one for dinner that night and save one for lunch, but when I got home to eat them they were quite small. The packaging were medium sized but they were only about ½ full. I ordered the Walnut Apple Salad(AKA Kim Kardashian Salad) which was okay. I found this to be a bit bland. The chicken in here had a piece of cartilage which was a surprise. The other salad, Southwest, was extremely spicy, the red onions were over powering. So not a fan, especially of the salads. I’m unsure about trying this place again, I figured it might be a fluke, but the 30 minute wait for a salad I think is pretty ridiculous as well.

This is a carls jr inside the bristal marketplace. There is target, cvs, smart&final type of stores in the same plaza. Its 24 hours! I came during lunch time and it was so busy! The service was not bad, they are way too busy to be super great with service though. so thats understandable. I just got a spicy chicken sandwich for a quick bite, but i thought it was too salty. the lettace in the sandwich is fresh though, so it was good that way. I had serveral people staring at me because i was the minority at the restaurant. The people who visit this place are spanish speaking people, so i stand out. haha. overall, this place is alright and the food taste alright(too salty for me).
