I came across this place when I saw their business truck advertisement for Jericallas. I was immediately excited to learn that there was an actual place that sold Jericallas being form Jalisco and having tasted some authentic and delicious Jericallas. I Unilocaled it and found the location. Here is the breakdown:
Location: It’s actually inside a bakery and there are no signs of the business name. I looked at the address and saw that it was in suite J so I went in and ask. There are no displays of Jericallas, nothing that would give you an indication that they sell them or they are connected with Chuyitas Jericallas. Nevertheless, I found them and purchased a couple.
Jericallas: Taste was great, they are stored in the refrigerator which is different from how they sell them in Mexico but they need to be stored in a cold temperature so that was fine. The top coating was a bit hard and did not have that caramelized state but I guess its because of how they are stored. Nevertheless, the inside of the Jericalla was delicious. It has soft and very tasty.
That was the only thing I purchased, I did noticed they sold other food but I was only there for one thing: to pleased by Jericalla craving and I was pretty satisfied. I will likely go back again.
