Needed a small but Very important custom range vent (in cabinet above micro) vent made for a picky customer. (As in holding final payment until they could use appliance.)
Went to two places and both turned me down immediately (To small, Residential).
Called Jim and he said no problem, a little delay on return calls, but Im in the industry and I know what a pain in the ass $ 100 jobs are.
Got the vent, done perfectly as drawn.
Problem, the corner blocked microwave electrical.
He said, no problem, bring it back.
Modified it himself on the spot.
Awesome to see Americans still doing quality work themselves. Wont even waste my time going anywhere else next time.

A few years ago I used them to fabricate some flashing for me. The material was SPOT ON!!!
Now, they’re going to fabricate some custom sized duct, chimney caps, and so on.
The price is reasonable and the staff is awesome!
