Great service! I loved doing my homework in there while eating a meal, having a muffin, and sipping on cappuccino.

OMG best place ever this is my first time eating at Corner Bakery my girlfriend and I came here for dinner and I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi Pasta, it’s a combo so it comes with a small Caesar salad. It was so good that I was amazed on the food. I recommend getting this order and trying it out you won’t be disappointed I think it’s the best pasta I have tried so far. The service here is great clean place you can eat inside or outside up to you, it doesn’t take long to get your food to the table thank you for the excellent service.

Worst experience yet at a Corner Bakery. I ordered a café Chopped Salad. I could’ve fit the entire salad on a teacup saucer. I’ve been ordering this salad for years. However, recently CB is getting very chincy in its helping sizes. Let’s just change«café» size to «side salad» and then I would know to order the Entrée size. CB probably thinks the customer won’t notice. Well, we do. Next time I’ll just go on down to the Habit for their freshly grilled BBQ salad. Habit also has silverware. This CB location wants to give you plastic cutlery. They always claim that they are busy and just ran out of silverware. What a joke.

I ordered a Cesar salad and paid extra to add chicken and avocado. I brought it home and it didn’t have either. I’m so disappointed.

Worst Corner Bakery I have ever been too. I am the biggest Corner bakery fan and have never had a complaints about any location… But this one is horrible. I always have the half panini half soup, but when o ordered it here they have me what looked like ¼ of a sandwich! When I asked about it they told me they cut back on their portions?! Then my soup had no croutons and when I asked they said they where out?! I had specifically came here to work on some paperwork and when k tried to plug my laptop in all of their power outlets where loose! All of them! I seriously wanted to ask for my money back when I saw the joke of a food they gave me. Oh and they where also all out of ice teas. I Will never come here again. Nothing agains corner bakery… Just this location. Don’t come here, you will be disappointed.

Always double check your to-go orders. They consistently miss something every single time. Bread, chips, eating utensils, topping stuff… never the same. What you get and how it is prepared is very often different too. Sometimes a side pasta is small other times bigger. Sometimes you get pesto cream sauce or just straight pesto. It’s never life changing but it is frustrating.

Don’t get soup to go. They rip you off. I got the tomato basil and it was only ¾ full. When I pulled the pound of bread cubes off the top I only got a half a cup of soup. I guess they think if you are getting it to go you can’t complain. They are wrong!

Well other than having a rotten avocado on my scrambled eggs and being served the wrong kind of bread, I guess my food was ok.

Sunday morning breakfast with my sis. I was craving coffee cake for some reason so we ended up here. Unfortunately it was dry and not very flavorful. The coffee tasted burnt, and they brought me the wrong toast with the Anaheim scramble I ordered. My sis got the American scramble and a green tea. The green tea isn’t straight up green tea. It’s a blend with«tropical fruits». The service was great though. The food just want impressive.

This REVIEW is for the CATERINGDEPT! THANKYOUSOOOOOMUCH for your wonderful customer service as I was planning a Baby Shower and wanted Corner Bakery in Santa Ana to cater it!!! The FOOD was FABULOUS!!! I ordered the LARGE Sandwich Basket and it came with a LARGE Caesar Salad!!! The Corner Bakery supplied all the«paper goods» right down to TONGS for the salad!!! I asked for condiments on the side. Perfect. I asked for dressing on the side. Perfect. I also ordered a Large Assortment of their HOMEMADECOOKIES!!! They were a MAJOR hit!!! Thank you Corner Bakery for all your HELP. Shout out to Alan, Dan, and Janessa!

Corner Bakery is always a good choice for lunch. The food is consistently good and there is a good selection of food. It is a little bit more on the expensive side. This location in particular is always packed, especially at lunch. If you are coming during a lunch break at work, call ahead and pick it up. If you come in to eat or want to order to go once you get there, I wouldn’t especially if you only have 30 minutes for your lunch break. You will spending a lot of time waiting because the line during lunch time is always super long. I love their Chinese Chicken Salad. I order it almost every time I come. The sandwiches are always really good too. The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious, but I don’t order it very often due to how high calorie it is. Make sure you get a cookie too. Their cookies are so good!

This chain is usually pretty reliable. But this particular location failed to impress for several reasons. The layout is tricky. There are some indoor tables(closely spaced) and a large patio accessible via a side door. On the day I was there, it was a little chilly outside. And I made the huge mistake of sitting next to that super busy side door. So every few minutes, I was blasted with cold air. And many of the patrons open the door so forcefully that it would just stay open, so I was up closing the door probably about a dozen or more times. I wasn’t happy or making a lot of friends. But it was very frustrating. And sorta rude. The food wasn’t that great either. The baked potato soup was almost gelatinous and lacked any flavor except for a very sharp raw onion or scallion taste. And I just don’t believe a tuna salad needs shredded carrots and cucumbers. Not great. So the free wifi is nice, but this is a place I wouldn’t revisit and I can’t recommend as a good meeting spot or comfortable place to hang and get some work done.

Stop by for lunch. Place was not that busy. Manny tables were dirty so had to wipe my own table. Food– 2 Stars; ordered Spicy Asian pork sand and my partner ordered Chicken Pomodori combo with Mac n’ cheese. Service– was ok. Staff could have been friendlier. Place was filthy dirty what I noticed while waiting for the food to arrive. I would give them a try again but not here; at a cleaner location.

Exceptional customer service provided by management. I don’t think anyone can top their quality of service. They will really take care of you and ensure your comfort. I wish I received your name. Anyways, thank you for your kindness.

2 stars because they half heartedly offered to remake my order. This is the worst Corner Bakery I’ve been to. Sassy cashiers, dirty tables, slow service, food that’s not the same level of quality as other locations. I got an «Anaheim scramble» or something named like that, which was served to me with 2 ounces of undercooked potatoes and a teaspoon of brown avocado. When I brought it up front to complain, before I even explained, the cashier was«OK I’ll get your money back,» not apologizing or taking any ownership that the plate of food looked like crap… When I said something she said«Oh when avocados are heated that’s what they look like.» No eye contact, no apology, no sense of customer service. I realized after my refund that I was never given my coffee. I mentioned it and they told me I didn’t order one. I showed them my receipt with the Latte purchase, and after studying the receipt for 5 minutes, they concurred that I did order one. I got my Latte 7 minutes later. This was a couple of months ago and I’m still pretty salty about this whole experience… So now I’m letting go. LOL If you are in the area, check out Mother’s for breakfast.

Walked in and after ordering over the screams of the world’s loudest toddler and his negligent parents, we decided to eat outside. Dining area inside is minimal and slightly cramped but there are plenty of seats if you don’t the occasional bump. Outdoor seating is ample and pleasant. Plenty of shade and fans with a quiet walkway despite being so close to the street. Portions here seem slightly larger(with much better presentation) than other Corner Bakery locations, and I’ve been to several. Chicken Pomodori panini came out hot, evenly toasted on both sides, and not burned. Chicken was moist and basil leaves were soft and fresh. Great flavor. Pesto Cavatappi had good flavor and overly generous amounts of chicken. Wish they could serve this using penne pasta or even fetuccini because the cavatappi pasta is difficult to eat with a fork. Soup spoon would do better. =D Service was fast and friendly. Both inside and outside dining areas were kept clean. Bathrooms were well maintained. Location is nice too. Same parking lot as Mothers Market, Peet’s Coffee, Habit Burger, Curry House, Z Pizza, and some other stuff. Across the street from a mall. Down the block from a Barnes and Noble. If it’s not too hot, stop by, have a bite, and wander around. I’ll be back.

First time here and I thought it was pretty good. I got lucky and got to the center before it was too busy. They had a plentiful salad selection and quite a few soups too. I went with salad/soup combo and got the«chopped salad» and it was tasty and filling. May be they chopped the lettuce a little small but it was a good salad. The sriracha black bean soup was really good, one of the better black bean soups Ive found at a quick lunch spots. Fast, filling, inexpensive and tasty. Ill will definitely come again.

it is a Corner Bakery, like every other Corner Bakery. The menus are all the same, and I can’t tell the difference between what is served at one of the outlets versus any other. So if you like Corner Bakery, you will like it here. if not… I like the ½ sandwich, ½ soup combo with the tomato soup. The bag of chips you get as a side is a little basic, but overall the food is good and reliable.

The first two times I came here was excellent until they hired a bunch of new staff. Since then this place went from a 4.5 to a 3. The workers weren’t as friendly and service became more slow. Don’t get me wrong, their food here is good but other than that I hate coming in to order. It’s rare when I have a good experience here. There have been plenty of times where I have stood at the counter while three of them would just stand around looking at each other seeing who would be the one to take my order. The best selections in my opinion would be their and of their pastas, Mixed Green Salad, Tomato Basil Soup, and their Chicken Tortilla Soup! The Mom’s Turkey Sandwich and Veggie Sandwiches are okay. As for breakfast, don’t get the oatmeal! Never fully cooked. Besides having to talk to the staff, the setting of the place is very relaxing and is great to meet up with a friend for a quick lunch or to even catch up on some work. The tables aren’t always clean so you might have to search around for a good table. I would say give this place a chance at least once but don’t expect this Corner Baker to be that great.

I had a coupon so we came here for breakfast because it had been a while. The last time I was in this shopping center, there was a sushi place and some other late night happy hour place — both have closed down but Corner Bakery is still here. There was a line inside but it moved fast. The lady at the counter wasn’t exactly the friendliest. We order the new breakfast item — the pancakes with berries and the Anaheim Scrambler with coffee. The pancakes were surprisingly good. For a $ 1, you can upgrade and add eggs and bacon. I like that the bacon was cooked the way I like it — a bit crispy but no overly crispy. Eggs were scrambled and the pancakes were thick and fluffy which I hate, they were a bit on the thin side so that the meal was hearty and not too filling. Coffee unfortunately was lukewarm even though they brew it and keep it in those things that’s supposed to keep it hot but alas not so much. Went back for seconds and it was still the same. So much for coffee with breakfast.
