Elegant Cleaners

So my husband has been going here for years. I honestly don’t consider this place any good at all. First they cut a hole on my very expensive dress and didn’t even tell me. I found out the day of a photo shoot when I took the dress to be worn n realized then it had a hole. Took it back to cleaners they admit to the damaged that was made to my dress n paid me a portion but not in full. Also took a black dress and it has white dirty stains. Not sure what type of products they use but is no good. I had recently moved to the area when I got married and now I’m in search of a real dry cleaners who is up to date with products.

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 3 years or so, and for a dry cleaning store, this is as good as it gets.
The price may be slightly on the steep side for Santa Ana, but compared to where I used to live, Santa Monica and Culver City, the prices are much cheaper here.
I have been taking my suits and other nicer clothes, and they have always done an impeccable job. The owners were very honest— if they don’t think they can get rid of a stain, they will tell you instead of forcing it and putting a hole in it (actually happened to me at another store I had gone to)!
Overall, if you have nice clothes that you care about, I would definitely recommend this place!

It is true, you get what you pay for … I took shirts to be pressed because I wanted the deep wrinkles in the shirts to be STEAMED out, but the shirts looked as if I had ironed them myself. Sooooo not imPressed! I was forced to give it 1 star to get my review to post.

You can take your clothes to Elegant Cleaners and count on the fact that they will treat them as their own. I have learned my lesson to only use dry cleaners that do it on site, it seems to bring better quality and timeliness. I paid $ 24 for 6 pieces, mostly sweaters, a blouse and the top half to my suit I finally found lost in the depths of my trunk! They are very organized and efficient! I dropped off my clothes on a monday night and was able to pick them up Wednesday after 3pm! They also do alterations. I did my thorough examination when I got home and was so pleased! Neat, clean and ready to wear!
It doesn’t say Elegant Cleaners on the building, but it is the dry cleaners next to… I think it is a Northgate, behind the KFC. You can pay when you drop them off, or when you pick them up, but I did notice that I was charged a $ 1 to use my debit card.
Oh Well, it was worth the extra buck!

I go here because I live nearby. The service is always great. The couple that work here are very nice. They do miracles here! My dad had these food stains on his suit jacket that were pretty badly stained and set… but they were able to remove them all.
I love that they’re open SUPER early (6am) because I sometimes forget to grab my dry cleaning on the weekends because well… there are more fun and important things to do… so I can stop by before work on a Monday to grab my clothes. and it’s ready!

I knew I was a maturing when my clothes tag’s read dry clean only…
This place is around the corner from my folks and they do an ace job with my rag’s.
