Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent services! I reserved a car online for one-​week rental. I came there and asked for a silver or a white car to reduce the heat because I was going to Arizona. They gave me a silver Elantra. The car was new and clean. They always want customers to be happy. One week later, they offerred me a ride back home (4 miles away) after I returned the car. Highly recommend.

Had a rental car, called 3 days in a row to schedule a date to drop my car off and get an emailed copy of my receipt so I could get the money back from my insurance. Every time they put my on hold then told me they’d call back. They never did so I’d call back and then they’d never answer the phone. i called their 24 hour support to complain but it’s not 24 hour, their offices close at 6 pm pst, and at 4:55 pm pst, they’d say call back again tomorrow. Very frustrating, very unprofessional. Never ever using them again. Wish I could give negative stars.

It’s unfortunate I have no choice but to give these guys a bad review.
I made a big mistake and accidentally left my parking pass hanging from the mirror of a truck that I rented. I immediately contacted them and they confirmed they had found my pass. Great right?! Nope. Over the past 2 weeks I have called 5 times to retrieve the pass. They keep promising me they will call me back and not once has that happened. I have been very aggressive to get the pass back because it will cost me $ 75 to replace. They could care less. They have the mentality that it’s my fault for leaving it in there in the first place. Ridiculous! They admitted finding my pass and now they have lost it. They have not even offered to pay for the pass.
If you look at 95% of all my reviews they are 5 stars. I have went out of my way to try and retrieve my belongings and they continue to blow me off as unimportant to them. This is my last resort.
I demand to get my belongings back or they pay the cost of losing it.

Shoutout to Matt for making my car rental experience positive, smooth, and fast! I went on a Saturday half an hour before closing. There were about 3 – 4 customers before me and 1 – 3 after me and Matt made sure everyone knew they were going to be helped. He acknowledged everyone for waiting and being patient with him (the only person inside working). Renting a car was so quick and easy! Swiped my card, showed me the car, and I was off! Shoutout to Trevor for driving me home after I returned my rental. Pleasant car ride and very nice person! Excellent customer service at this location :)

Needed a car rental for coachella weekend and looked around for prices. For some reason this location was cheaper than other enterprises in my area.
Customer service here was great and all the employees were very professional and knowledgable about the whole rental process.
The location is smaller than other ones I’ve been to so the parking lot can get a bit crowded but otherwise this place is great!

This was the easiest process in that the Enterprise people came to the Amtrak station to pick me up. When I returned the car, they drove me back to the station so I could catch my train. The process was quick… just a few minutes and I was on my way. The car was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I have used and will continue to use enterprise when renting a vehicle. Their excellent service shows their commitment to make my experience a pleasant one. They always come through for me rain or shine. The staff always makes me feel as I’m number one and for that I am always completely satisfied!!!

Ask for James. He’ll work hard to get you want you need and get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Small location, but GREAT customer service. I was assisted by Ivan M., Who was not nothing but professional towards me and my group. I was indeed impressed! He was very polite and courteous throughout the experience. He provided us with a quality vehicle, which he even offered to clean by himself! What a superb staff member. I would definitely come back here for my rental car needs!

This location has great service. James is awesome. They might be a small office but they treat you like VIP. Highly recommend.

Sigh I got into a car accident Thanksgiving weekend but I’m thankful that I’m alive and didn’t hurt anyone! My insurance originally notified an Enterprise by where I live in Corona, but I thought it was more convenient to rent a car close to where my car was getting fixed in Santa Ana.
I called this Enterprise and James picked up the phone, and I asked him if I could rent a car from this location instead. He was very friendly and transferred my information to this location. I advised I would come around 10 but I was running late so he called me to ask if I was still coming since they were closing at 12.
I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and he was so nice! He was very personable and helpful. Overall, It was a very easy and quick process and he reminded me that accidents happen and I shouldn’t beat myself up for it.

Great service! James is top notch at providing personalized, friendly service to his customers. It would be fabulous to have someone like James at all of the Enterprise locations.

Exceeded my expectations. I had rented out a car for 2 weeks until I got pulled over for having an expired car registration sticker. The cop let me go after I showed him my paperwork that it was a rented out car. I gave Enterprise a call and they immediately let me switch out the car for a new rental that wasn’t expired. Although it was a minor mistake on their part, it didn’t affect the excellent service I’ve received from them. The staff is friendly and professional which made me feel more at ease about renting out a car. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff. They don’t pressure you to get the insurance like most Enterprise Rent-​A-​Car employees out there. We rented two vans from this location on a Friday evening and dropped the vehicles off Sunday morning. They didn’t charge us an extra day for Sunday, so that was nice.
