The Asian female manager working today provides the worst of the worst in customer service. We came on to buy shoes for our toddlers just about 20 min ago. My wife and I sensed the disdain rather quickly & we will not be spending a cent here. I am also a Finish Line Rewards member.

Worst customer service. I ordered some shoes online my credit card was charged last month and still have not recieved my order. Ups has no package and tells me to call finishline and finishline says my size is not in stock. Im furious how do u place my order and charge me for something u do not have. Ive been calling all week and the customer service reps are no help at all. I will never shop here again they ruined my sons xmas.

Zero stars. My family and I literally walked in 15 minutes ago with the intention of buying our daughters some shoes. I sat right down upon entering because my husband always takes care of shoes for our kids. We walked by 2 salespeople standing around talking to each other, rather than greeting customers. While my husband was browsing the shoes, I watched another salesperson approach the back of my husband and turn right around. Customer service is non-existent, what a joke.

I am so happy to know that I am not the only one that found this place incompetent and a waste of my time, I thought maybe I was just having a bad day. Boyfriend buys me shoes, got wrong size, I go back to get right size w/receipt, bag, box and all. They don’t have my size, ok. I go find two other styles and ask for size 8. No size 8 on both. I ask«just find me any running shoes size 8 that’s worth the same as my return. They were incapable of doing that. Can one not just go to the back and look for the number 8. I don’t care what style, color, hell if they light up like sketchers. I just need running shoes! HORRIBLESELECTIONOFSIZES, incompetent employees that don’t understand simple English. Never coming back.

First time I ever signed up for a chance to purchase some retro Jordan’s on release day. Never tried to win a raffle before, so I asked a couple of questions such as when to expect a phone call if I won. Ravel(the store manager) kept his eyes on the screen and did not even turn to face me. He just rolled his eyes and VERY rudely said«day before release.» I got a very bad vibe so I was reluctant to ask any more questions. Good news is I ended up winning the raffle. On release day I came in to pick up my shoes. One of the girls assisted me, but called Ravel to get the shoes from the back. Once again he had the same annoyed look and overall«I hate my life» attitude. Ravel brought the shoes to the register and literally tossed them on the counter. For the money I was paying for these shoes I’d expect a little more courtesy or even a little head nod to acknowledge my existence. No eye contact, no thank you for shopping here, absolutely nothing. As long as Ravel is still working at this store, I will be taking my money to a competing retail chain like Foot Locker or Champs. This was one of the rudest and horrible customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

Worst customer service! This Adiriana girl provided the worst service! She would answered rudely and assume things about customers. I dont think she likes what she does. If you are not happy with your job, quit. You are destroying the name of the company you are working for.

I’m not surprised this branch of finishline has very poor ratings. This lady named Adriana will be a liability to this company because of her very bad customer service and rudeness to adapt to client questions and requests. There is always a professional way to deal with customers no matter how difficult the situation is.

I went into this store wanting to return shoes. I went to the cash register the store manager was there and as I was giving her the shoes but she accused me of always returning shoes to this store. But in fact I had never returned shoes to this store until now. She also said, «you returned some air max’s, you probably don’t remember.» I told her I don’t wear air max’s… anyways she gave me the return but she was very rude and her customer service was poor. Will not be shopping here again.

Definately don’t recommend people to shop here the store manager is an ass. Bad customer service and they treat you like as if you re begging for their shoes. I’m good taking my business to another store. They should really get rid of the store manager.

I don’t know how to give zero stars. I had an awful experience with the FinishLine inside the MainPlace mall. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size. They didn’t have the size. I looked for other shoes and they didn’t have a good selection, so I asked if I could get store credit. They refused to give store credit. I talked to the manager, Revel Brown, and he said its his policy that he does not give store credit because he doesn’t want to lose money. He told me to go to another finish line to get store credit. I told him the return policy indicates an exchange or store credit. He said not at his store. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. I wonder if corporate Finishline is aware that their store managers are telling customers to go to other stores for returns and exchanges. Aside from all of the workers looking like their life sucks, the store is messy. Maybe thats why I couldn’t find shoes… the store was unorganized and shoes were missing from the wall… This store definitely needs new management.
