Had to cancel pre-order for a game and take my money back because my mom was sick and the no-life employee laughed and said I didn’t care about the game and I’m not a true gamer. Um, what are you? 10 years old? Jeez, my mom is more important than a game. Get a life, loser.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The employees look and act like they hate their job. I will go to any other GameStop location as long as its not this one.

Nothing would make me happier than to see every GameStop burned and razed to the ground. If you are old as me think of Milton from Office Space when Bill Lumbergh stole his Red Stapler… it’s THATBAD…

As previously stated, parking here is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here a couple if times with a friend and they always seem to look at us as if questioning why we’re there. I asked the cashier a question and he laughed as if though what I was talking about was stupid or crazy. I was very disappointed in this place due to the service. Maybe if the management actually cared about customer service the employees would follow. There are plenty of better locations to purchase games do yourself a favor and avoid this place

Worst experience shopping for games! The parking lot at this location is very small, waited 10 mins to get a parking spot. The store was a mess, things didn’t seem organized at all by consoles. Reserved a game online, the previous day and got a confirmation email that it was on hold. The guy said they probably sold it the night before because they couldn’t hold it forever when store policy says that it’s on hold for 2 days. All of this could’ve been overlooked if I was treated with courtesy by employees but both employees didn’t care and didn’t do anything to help, a simple sorry goes a long ways. I’ll personally be taking my business to any other place rather than a GameStop.

Parking was a bit tight here but the store was good. When I went there were three employees helping out so everyone was getting all their questions answered quickly.

This Gamestop was really, really busy when we went, and there was only one person working that morning. By the time he finished processing someone’s big stack of trade-ins, there were at least five more people waiting in line. It’s not his fault – he was just swamped. Although there’s a good selection of games here(we got a used version of Portal 2 less than a week after it was released!), there really should be more employees staffing this store, especially on a Saturday morning.
