DON’T GO! I would give this store negative stars if it was possible, simply because the customer service is atrocious. The manager of the store is completely disrespectful. We bought some handcuffs and cat ears yesterday evening, and tried to exchange it today for MORE things and MORE expensive things, but the woman refused to even listen to us. She shook her head and said no before we had a chance to speak. I would never recommend anyone support a business with such terrible ethics and customer service.

If I could this place no stars, I would. The employees there are awesome but sadly the shorter older lady at the counter is beyond ridiculous. Instead of making two sells, she only made one and two angry customers. Who needs the same top and bottom for a bathing suit? And then, what kind of idiot doesn’t let you switch it out to make a sale. Did I mention we were buying stuff already. Freaking ridiculous! Don’t come here.

everything is pretty cheaply made. be careful washing anything you buy here because a lot will get ruined in washer/​dryer. panties/​bras better to handwash them or they will get ruined, youll just be throwing away your money. most lingerie is cheap material — feel it! its gross and overpriced. very unpleasant manager, yells at the employees. i avoid going in because of her but will come tuesdays if necessary– the other manager is in and very sweet. a few of the girls that work here are cool and very helpful. other than that, there are a few good finds here, they have good sales going on! +some $ 1 items.

I loved this store when I first went in, it has a huge selection but unfortunately the people that work here are very rude. I will not be back. I rather pay more at VS and not have to deal with the people who work at this store.

This place is money. And you don’t have to spend that much money! It’s a one stop shop for throw away lingerie, dance wear, rave wear, costumes, and swim wear. Everything is affordable and there is so much to look at. Whether you want risqué or girly they have it here. All colors and sizes. I’ve shopped here for EDC, Halloween, special occasions, and everyday needs. One of my fav purchases is my peacock top for EDC. They have stockings in every color. They only have one small makeshift dressing room so make sure you select all the things you want to try on first before you go in there or else you will be waiting in line again and again. I like to go on weekdays because it’s less crowded.

LOVE this store! Great lingerie, bras, panties, costumes, accessories. Only reason it’s 4 stars is sometimes the sizing is a little off or quality isn’t great. Everything is cheap-​$ 1 bins, 3 for $ 10 panties and 2 for $ 10 bras!

One of my favorite rave stores. I always seem to find something here when I can’t find it anywhere else. They have hoodies, corsettes, leggings, fur boot covers, and all sorts of costumes/​garments. Some items you’re allowed to try on such as the ones in plastic packaging. The ones that are packaged in paper and taped cannot be tried on. One time I came here looking for white leggings. The ones I liked were only on the display mannequin, so I asked one of the workers if I can buy the one off the dummy. She said yes and went to remove the leggings off display. How awesome was that. She had to remove the mannequin in parts, so it looked funny where she looked like a caregiver taking clothes off a person. Another employee came over to help her. I was glad they were cool about it and was stoked I found my white leggings.

I really liked this place! I was introduced to Intimate Basics by a friend and it’s really a fun place to shop. You’ll find all sorts of bras and underwear here. There’s plus sizes and small sizes, Hello Kitty clothing, corsets and some basic tanks and tees. They have great deals on bras — my friend got 3 bras for $ 10! What a steal. Workers here are helpful and friendly and there’s 2 dressing rooms in the back for you to try before you buy. Things aren’t of the highest quality here, but it’s a great place to shop for any quick necessities.

The workers here are so helpful and very nice! There was a lady that helped me with trying on corsets. I really wished I wrote down her name. Anyway I love this place because everything is neat and easy to find! I have purchased a lot of items from here and can say that I am truly happy with my items, the price, and their employees!

This place is way cheaper then normal lingerie but their corsets can be a bit pricey. They have everything from bras, sexy underwear, nighty’s, stockings, and even some basic stuff.
They also have a row of just hello kitty pajamas for all the hello kitty fans out there. They also have these really pretty masquerade masks.
The people here are very nice and they will help you with anything and answer all your questions
Downside is they don’t have a dressing room so if you want to try on something make sure you bring a friend so they can hold up a jacket for you.
