Bad service. I typically support Mom and Pop businesses, but this business is owned and run by a rude older couple.
I received a promo code for a lottery product that had clear instructions on the paper stating that all the retailer had to do was scan the voucher and the free ticket would print. The idiot owner didn’t even bother reading the voucher instructions and just quickly dismissed me. I insisted that all she had to do was scan the barcode. She called her husband over who also dismissed the voucher. Neither bothered to actually read the simple instructions telling retailers to just scan the barcode.
Simple transaction that I’ve never had problems with at other liquor stores. I was disappointed because I had already bought and paid for something else in the store, otherwise I would’ve left.
Will not return. There’s another lotto retailer in the same shopping plaza that is friendlier and as a matter of fact, sold a jackpot ticket a few years back.
