JumpZone Party Rentals

I have been using jumpzone for my son’s parties every year since he was born. Sonia is great and very friendly. Delivery and pickup has always been on time. I always rent jumpers, tables, and chairs from them and have never had any problems. I was just able to book them again for my son’s upcoming party. I highly recommend jumpzone party rentals!

We used this company on July 4^th, a very busy day for any party business. They gave us a great rate, showed up on time, were super courteous, and had no hidden fees.
The jumper was very clean. I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

They sent me an invoice saying that the jump house would arrive between 8−10am. I called at 10:15am, and they said that the driver had a flat tire and would arrive at 12:00pm. I called at 12:15pm and 12:30pm when there was no bounce house, and I received voicemail, and left two messages, which were never returned. The driver rolled in at about 12:50pm and the bounce house was set up by 1pm, and my daughter’s party began at 1pm. We had to delay setting up for the party because we had also ordered tables and chairs with the bounce house. The driver was quite rude, and instead of apologizing for being late, he said that he had a lot of deliveries. I understand that on Saturdays there is a big demand for bounce houses, but if you are not able to fulfill the demand, don’t make any promises.
Also, I ordered Castle #1, and received Castle #2.
The business refused to make any accommodations for a late delivery of party supplies. With a lot of more reliable and cheaper businesses out there, I wouldn’t use this business again.
