Service is ALWAYS slow no matter the amount of people actually ordering, took over an hour to receive my order and by the time I got home I realized it was wrong and my biscuits were raw, very disappointing.

Where do I begin? Worst experience ever! I often visit this location due to it being down the street from my job and for the most part I enjoy KFC’S food, service is a bit slow but that’s no biggie anyways I go to pay a visit on my lunch. I order the Doublicious sandwich combo, the drive thru was a bit faster than usual but I didn’t think anything of it so I take a bite of my sandwich seems a bit cold, look at it before another bite and bam!!! It’s freaking raw in the middle!!! I triedto break the sandwich open to see if the rest was uncooked and to my surprise it was, the meat would not even bend that’s how raw it was. So I make my way back to this place in disbelief… like how can this be? crispy hot skin on the outside and raw on the inside… anyways I was headed towards the drive thru but seen 4 cars ahead of me so I parked and headed in with my raw sandwich, the bag it came in and my receipt. The same employee that took my money for this salmonella sandwich ask how can she help me, I kindly showed her the sandwich and ask for the manager, the employee squints her face and says she doesn’t know what happened, then offers to make a new one or she’ll give me my money back, I declined to the 2^nd helping of a salmonella meal. At this point Im still pretty shocked that she’s not even sympathetic of this matter, so she hands back my cash. I again inform her this is unacceptable and wish to speak to a manager the employee says they have no management today turns over the receipt and scribbles her manager’s name and says call tomorrow. So I walk away with the food still on the counter as I had one foot out the door I hear a guy yell I forgot my trash! Oh trash it was but no it was not mines, I reply excuse me? He says get your trash I then say you have the nerve to tell me to take raw food with me? Mind you, he is also an employee, that was wiping down tables, my first thought was to dump the food on the floor but wrong for wrong wouldn’t serve any purpose so I turn my back to leave and he says it’s your trash so I reply no, trash it what you served me, he replies well maybe this food isn’t healthy for you… not sure if that was a jab at my weight or not but I then ask for his name, he boldly says Daniel, I turn and tell him I will remember him he then calls me aggressive, by this point Im boiling but I just hop in my car back to work, I mean the damage is already done, its just too much wasted time spent already… I could have perhaps left this issue at where it began but the disrespect and the lack of care? Like really guy? My health has been jeopardized and your harassing me over food I left on the counter! I’m sorry but this is insane behavior, no one to even correct this issue?. Ive never written a review before but I just had to… it’s terrible that people these days have no care for others, my children could have eaten this, anyone could have!!!

Walked in at 10:30
Asked for some grilled chicken
And was told it will be ready at 10:25
Sounds like they don’t open for business until 10:25

Second time I go here and both times they got my order wrong, called and let them know the situation and their I don’t care attitude was pretty obvious. Not a great location

WORST, place ever !!! The employees are super slow with the worst attitude. When I came in the guy in the cashier was actually fighting with a customer. And the food was disgusting. If u want KFC go to another location. The Mac & cheese is really bad worts KFC I’ve been to.

All you need to know is that this is a terrible location. The service could not be any slower if they tried. There was around 8 employees there at the time and zero customer support. They would not even acknowledge all the customers waiting in line. Never again. Avoid this location like the plague.

Yum! Lots of fried chicken offers with brand new dipping sauces on offer for no additional cost. Unfortunately, not all of them were in yet today, even though they had a giant poster with the new dipping sauce options on display.
You can mix and match the pieces, but all boneless pieces cost more. The fried chicken pieces are HUGE. I don’t remember KFC pieces being so huge back in the day.
Perfectly cooked with a good amount of breading and crunch, this was an excellent dinner with sides of mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuits.

I come here about once every two weeks. And I’d give this KFC ⁵⁄₅ in comparison to other KFCs but they changed my favorite side dish — Mac n cheese. It use to be gooey and creamy, with such light color. Now it’s darker, the noodles are like all clumped together in this very thick cheese sauce and it just taste different. For example I got home, took the lid off and open my wedges, left the room to get water and when I returned the Mac was luke warm on the surface and just regular warm on the inside. I purposely flipped the container and watched as a puck of cheesy noodles flopped out. You’d think one would have heated it up and or came here to hate blast KFC in Unilocal,but to be fair the wedges are almost always phenomenal and truly make up for it.

The chicken isn’t always fresh but what do you expect for fast food. The dining room is always clean and they are quick through the drive thru.

But this spot, you can tell their employees are super lazy. I know back at Starbucks they have a 10 minute timer to check the lobby and restrooms. Here… every table was dirty and all the trash cans were over flowing… I over heard two employees talking to each other, wow, it’s really dirty out here and they didn’t even clean it for another 15 minutes, they just partially cleaned it too. o. O Yeah, take out next time!

This is the worst place to go to on Saturday night for dinner. We’ve patronized this KFC at least once a month for a few months and have some experience with the employees and customers. This place is terrible because: they are out of staple items like cole slaw, grilled chicken and corn on the cob. They don’t tell you until you are ordering so you have to refigure your order on the spot. Also, they don’t tell you about specials or the current deal. The cashier told us it would be 10 minutes for the food to be ready — however, it wasn’t ready until we’d waited for 53 minutes. I saw 5 customers leave while waiting to order because the one and only cashier was back in the kitchen area talking and looking around at orders getting filled. So, never again will I set foot in this place!!!

Manager was very rude. AVOID. Go to a different one!

CHICKEN POT PIE
Did you know they have chicken pot pie for $ 3.99?! My friend says its been on their menu for like a decade. I feel like the dumb kid who missed out on all the cool stuff. I recently got introduced to chicken pot pie, and now i can’t get enough. This price is unbeatable, especially for the size pie! It’s more than enough dinner for me!
CRISPY CHICKEN
I get only the drumstick and thigh. Extra crispy please. Pretty good. I’m very loyal to Popeyes, but when i need a fried chicken fix, i usually get one when i make my chicken pot pie run.

Hot wings the only thing I love here but they got smaller

I ordered Popcorn Chicken & Mashed Potatoes and Gravy for $ 3.35.
The Popcorn Chicken was tender and juicy.
The Gravy was so very good.
A delicious meal from this Drive Thru.

HOW do you run out of every side dish except taters and gravy at 7:30 on Sunday night?
Waited 10 minutes while they nuked the macNcheez– which they didn’t even do right. Lumpy and runny at the same time, like when you try to make Kraft when you’re wasted. Gross.
The kitchen area was filthy.
The manager tried to make it better and gave us free drinks while waiting for take out. .5 stars.
The chicken was hot when I got home. .5 stars.
And it’s expensive.

Customer service in the drive thru is great. If the filipina lady is working it you are guaranteed good service and a smile. Otherwise, a regular KFC.

When an old man with no uniform on throws your trash away for you, you know that this is NOT your Average KFC! (Try to throw your own trash away when he isn’t looking – he will hunt you down!)
