I don“t recommend Kinslo. They installed a glass railing on my deck. It came apart on main corner. They happened to be doing a project at my neighbor’s house. I asked that they take a look at the issuse of the corner coming apart at my residence for safety and aesthetics. I was told the glass initially installed was the incorrect size and they would address it when they return to finish my neighbor’s job. Now, six months later, Al is not responding to my email and phone call and when i phoned again, i was promptly sent to voice mail. I am now in the proces of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Kinslo Glass Wall Systems scheduled an appt to come out and give me an estimate on glass railing and the sales rep was let go that morning. He called to let me know that he would not be showing up for the appt. When I called the company they said they would have another sales rep call us to schedule an appt to come out and give us an estimate. We received no call back. They have a nice website but terrible customer service. Guess they don’t need the business/​money. Would not recommend calling or using them.
