Wow this office front desk team was very unprofessional. The way they talk and everything about them is low standards. I used to work at a medical office myself. I am not even sure if they could speak or understand English or not. I was referred to this office by my doctor. Luckily, I reschedule my appointment because I didn’t have enough time for the first appointment, after reading the other review And experienced the rude low standard customer service myself I don’t know if I want to go there.

Horrible, terrible! If your insurance approves a referral for this office, request an alternate one! The receptionist was Miss Ice Princess and treated patients like they were robots, just giving short directions without even making eye contact. I guess that’s the product of a graduate of one of those 8-month medical assistant programs, where the uneducated become«educated»? Lacks tact and social mannerisms that are basic necessities to function in larger sociaty. Now, for the entire experience… well, Dr. Goodman was apparently booked until June, so I was placed with a young lady named Sarah Frasier who is NOT a dermatologist, but just an assistant with probably 2 years of college in her background. However, she stated that she does everything Dr. Goodman would do, and only recommends cases for Dr. Goodman personally that she feels merit his expertise. Well, given that she has zero experience as a medical doctor, how is she being allowed to be the initial«expert» on cases and make a decision on which patients merit a real dermatologists’ expertise? She doesn’t have the medical knowledge nor the experience that goes along with what’s necessary to make such crucial decisions. She probably has 1 semester of an Anatomy & Physiology class and that’s scary to know she’s allowed to perform outpatient surgery & biopsies. WOW! So basically, you have an unqualified person determining who needs to see the real qualified physician. What a concept! The other alternative was to wait 6 months to see the real dermatologist, during which time the cells from my biopsy incision will have multiplied and spread, so I guess I had to make a Catch 22 decision. Overall, please go to a real dermatologist who has both the proper medical degree and life experience to make a qualified, professional decision and treatment plan for your particular case.
