Dang this McDonald’s has some bomb ass fries and burgers. What can I say?! Jeez!
You guys are on fleek. area is sketchy tho. Not their fault but they keep the grind up.

The reviews mentioning the homeless are correct. In fact, the whole area is full of them, some asking for money/​food, and some just hanging out. However, I’ve never experienced any of them harassing me or anyone else. They’re also correct when they say they’re a bit stingy with the ketchup, but that probably has to do more with corporate than employees. I love ketchup, so I always ask for more, and they do give me more. Anyway, I always go and order a meal that’s a bit more complicated than usual because I say plain and whatnot, rather just the way it is. This is my go to McDonald’s, and I can only remember them messing up my order twice in the past 5 years, so I would say not too bad for a McDonalds. I’ve been going recently and the ladies that take my order seem friendly.

So i went to get a coffee amd i also felt like getting an oatmeal. The total was 3.65 i gave $ 3 cash and said to charge the remaining .65 cents to my debit card. Afrer i check my online statements i realize i got charged the $ 3.65 to my debit card plus the $ 3.00 cash i gave. So i paid an extra $ 3. Ifs not much but its something that should be watched over and the girl did not give me my receipt or offer to do so making me think it might have been intentional. This was on 2−24−16 between 5:30 — 6:30

I have not come to this location in a very long time and I am currently remembering why. If I was not working just down the road from this mcdonalds (and the only place within miles that has decent iced coffee open past 10am), I would never come to this one. They never have half the stuff on the menu as I again was denied what I wanted today and I just sat for over 10 minutes in drive thru at 11:40pm for a single coffee. Rediculous. Not to mention they don’t take debit or credit past 2am. There should be a sign about that before you enter the drive thru. As I end this, I JUST got my coffee and I can say at least the cashier was friendly. None of this is her fault just really poor management of a company. 3 more weeks of this and I can go back to getting Dunkin.

Waited 15 freaking minutes for them to order my food in the drive thru lane. They should really set something up bc there’s a lot of crackheads around. You waiting to order food and there just looking at you to get them something. Any who they forgot to give me syrup for my freaking pancakes!!!

Worst customer service ever! Didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me if I needed something. &’ the worst part she close her window before I was able to ask her for something.
By the way her eyebrows were so distracting! I should of given her one of my cards to get her eyebrows done at my eyebrow store!

McDonald’s 1^st street, Santa Ana
The slowest McDonald’s I have been to in my life, no exaggeration.
It was so slow, the teller window took a break after taking my payment while I was still waiting in line!
However, the food was same great McDonald’s quality!

This review is for the girl in the front counter. Today I walked in just to order a small drink. As I waited for a cashier to show up or somebody to ask me if I need help. Finally front counter girl shows up and gives a customer a mocha frappé. We made eye contact for about 30 seconds. She still wouldn’t take my order instead she decided to chat with her coworkers. There was about 4 girls talking and they didn’t have any orders on the screen or the front. They should’ve been cleaning or stocking instead of talking about their birthdays and days off. That’s when I had it. So I yelled out «cashier please take my order!». She finally helps me out after 10 mins of waiting. As she was taking my order, I notice the other employees were staring at me the whole time. The girls kept on staring at me like they saw a ghost, I just smile back at them. :) All of this happen for just a small drink and it took them 10 mins. How hard is it to acknowledge someone. How hard is it to say «Hi, may I help you» that’s it! I come here often and there is some really great cashiers and managers but this girl can’t even communicate. I didn’t get her name but she lacks social skills. I used to work in fast food and everyone got greeted. Even if they just used the restroom, everyone got a «Hi, how may I help you». So if the manager is reading this hire some people who aren’t afraid to acknowledge people or train your employees.

Worst, worst customer service ever! The girls that work here have bad attitude and seem to not care at all about the customers. If there’s no straws at the drink station the least you could do is restock after you hand one to the customer in need of it not just act like you didn’t hear and continue chit chatting. Place is dirty! Don’t come here.

Do not take your kids to this McDonalds. Lots of crackheads.

The customer service sucks.
Every time I have gone in there, literally EACH and every time, I stand at the counter, with no employee at it and wait as they all stand back there chit chatting, bitching about their job, talking about getting off… and stare at me waiting to place my order til I have to say…“is anyone working the front counter?“
Meanwhile there are 4 – 5 people crammed over helping the people at the drive thru window.
The orders are consistently messed up. More than likely because the worker is thinking about getting off in 10 min.

This place f**kin sucks. Every time I have gone there it’s a mess. Tonight I ordered a sweet chili mcwrap GRILLED CHICKEN. I got crispy and it was dry as f**k, also my fries tasted like they had been on the floor all day and then picked up just for me. To top it off I was the only car in line and I waited at the window for five minutes unattended and was just handed my bag no words nothing. I always make it a point to be super polite to the people taking my order because I worked drive thru so I know the horrors. Quit your job if you’re not giving it 100% even if it is McDonald’s. If I’m paying for something it should be worth it. My food should taste the way you make it for yourself when you’re going on your break. It shouldn’t taste like you want a break.

Wow!!! What a big difference … My late night cravings brought me back for a second chance after my last horrible experience… A total turn around from my order being taken to the the lovely girl that not only GREETED me with a smile but made sure I had everything and finished off by wishing me a good night. (its the little things like that, that count) I gove today experience 5 stars GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE tonight. I hope it continues.

Whenever I come here I always order McDoubles, always with no pickles, but I can recall 3 or more times that they fuck up and give me damn pickles anyways, also there’s been a couple times where I order 3 large fries and ask for ketchup, and they only give me like 3 packets of ketchup, 3 packets of ketchup for 3 large fries??? C’mon!!! That’s just fucken bogus!

2 Frappes for the price of one. Solid ice. Fantastic. I come to this McDonalds bi-​weekly because it’s so near. I’ve seen it all– messy cones. Forgotten food. Free drinks (?misorders.) GHETTO AREA. I’m live in Santa Ana, I don’t mind the high population– but I’ve seen things go down in this parking lot. Homeless people always kicking it outside, seen a car getting robbed in the lot before, shady looking deals, just a really gross atmosphere sometimes. I try not to bring my kid because the drive through is right next to the bus stop, but I wish that was the worst part. I stopped going to McDonalds for the past 2 months, but the 2 for 1 deal was great. Dude, what happened to our Frappes? We can’t drink this. Damn, blend it homies… I will upload a photo for reference.

This location is very horrible. Aside from all the homeless people that are always hanging out and bother ppl for money. It is also very dirty. How does the manager not notice that the restroom is really fucken dirty? They should be frequently checking. Even some of the employes are rude and they mess up my order every time I come here. Last time I attend this place.

Came here around 1:40ish pm. Got two Happy meals. and a combo for myself. Surprisingly they got my order correct. Food was ready within minutes. Only thing I didn’t like about here. Was that the tables are dirty. The second thing was that the ketchup dispenser didn’t work. Other than that ok visit.

I guess the employees here must hate their jobs. Not even a «hi» or a thank you… Even the homeless and tweekers that surround this place look more friendly than the employees…

Second time I pass by here and I promise you it will be the last!
The first time I came here was to buy an Iced Coffee and 30 minutes after I finished it I ran to the restroom! My second visit here was today and I was craving a Frap so I purchased a medium Mocha Frappé through the DT and I felt cheated out of my money because the Frappé tasted more like a slushie! On every sip there were little chunks of ice that I had to crunch in my mouth. Super disappointing that I threw it away halfway through the drink and this time I called Corporate. Either the blades from the Frappé machine weren’t sharp or the employee punched in «Small» and then topped it off with extra shaved ice! Beware of this McD’s

I normally go to the McD’s on 17^th street, across from Hometown Buffet. They have the drive thru down to a science. This location is hit or miss. Today it was miss. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, and 3 cars were ahead of me. That’s SLOOOOW for «fast» food.
It was lunchtime, and I got a soda and a burger. The bill came to $ 3 and I got my change back in $ 1’s because the register was out of $ 5 bills. Now, I feel like a waitress spending her tip money.
