You are kidding me! I ordered a trim kit 6 weeks ago. Joe sent me the drawing and I confirmed by email, telling him to go ahead because I was in a real rush. He said it would take a whopping 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I emailed Joe and he called me. He said the order was still on his desk since he needed a SIGNED order (small order of $ 120) and that he had done nothing about my order. Finished with this company… go elsewhere if you can find any alternative. I never write reviews, but this company certainly deserves the worst one I can give them… only wish there was a «no star» choice!

Ryan from Micro-​Trim was awesome! I was giving their name by by Pacific Sales when I bough my new appliances. Filled out the online form not expecting the best results. Wow was I wrong. Ryan had technical drawings to me with-​in a week. He even tweaked them a few times to make sure the trim fit perfectly. They added some double sided tape and some braces to make sure it didn’t bow on the backside. It looks great and I’m very happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are amazing! Ryan was most helpful. We had an unusual situation and he nailed it!!! I’m so impressed with these guys. Filled out an application online and got a phone call very soon after. I was on a road trip at the time and I told them that I will call them back later. Well after two weeks passed and I finally called them back. That’s when Ryan answered the phone and gave me the amazing service. They still had me in their system and I explained what I needed done. I emailed them a photo of what my situation was and they were very helpful. It’s great to have nice and helpful people when in today’s day and age, customer service and truly caring is so lacking. Call these guys if you need trim pieces, they are top notch!

I cannot say enough good things about Micro-​Trim! I had to replace a microwave in a second home and used the wrong measurements to get a new one. Bottom line is that it barely fit in the space on the sides but had a big (about 6″) space above it. I found Micro-​trim on line, filled out the contact info and got a call right away. The kit was at my house in a week and took about 10 min to install.
It looks just fantastic! I had no idea how much it bugged me to walk by the kitchen and see it the old way until I got this trim installed. It looks so nice!
Very professional, very timely and very reasonable.
If I see ANYONE with a space like I had, I am sending them to these guys!

We use Micro-​Trim at the appliance shop I work at and these guys are great at what they do. They will walk you through everything they need to get the trim ordered correct and the guys that answer the phones are friendly and thorough. They even make range fillers, oven trim kits, microwave trim kits, and can even do some basic special request pieces. I highly recommend these guys.

Micro-​Trim makes bits of trim to go around your microwave or oven or rangetop when the hole in the wall/​counter is bigger than the unit you just bought. Ordering over the phone was very easy — and the trim bits I needed arrived in the time promised, and were easy to install and look great.
My oven installer told me about them, and rather than order a part from them himself and pass an extra charge (and a second installation day) onto me, he gave me their number and the dimensions of what i needed, and I ordered by phone. The sales rep was good at making sure I ordered the exact dimensions I needed and everything arrived as promised and it was a cinch to install to cover that hole below my oven.
