Pizza Hut

It’s a real shame, I don’t think I’ll be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. I just called and asked to have a pizza and order of wings delivered and they said they could not. due to our house being too far away, I stressed that I live 1.4 miles away. I am not joking. They said to call a Pizza Hut that’s closer (which there is but the closer one which is ¼ mile closer) doesn’t offer Wing Street. I wasn’t even mad but more surprised and disappointed that just because of a 0.25 mile difference they could not fulfill an order. It’s just laziness and it’s no surprise that even before my review this location has had plenty of bad experiences.

Poor service and poor management i had did an order online. Time was a little bit before 7 after I did the order there was a family emergency that occurred so I left and rushed over, forgetting about the pizza. The delivery guy called me during the expected time I had told him if he could leave it on the front door cause no one is home (I paid in card btw) turns out the delivery guy doesn’t understand English only spoke Spanish. Now me, I can understand it better than I can speak and with my mind on other things I couldn’t figure out the words in Spanish to let him know nobody was home or something. So during my time dealing with the family issue I called the store telling them no one was home and explains why. They girl I talked to kept saying «oh you have to sign the receipt» so after a little bit of back and forth she puts the manager (I’m assuming) on the phone. He was a lot easier to talk to and I asked if I was able to hold off and have the pizza delivered at a later time around 8. I said that was perfect and appreciated and he said would give me a call to conform the time. Never got that call and it’s way past 8. I’m already over though. I won’t be ordering or taking my business here anytime soon

So I order a pizza online and not only did they get my order wrong the driver was leaving with the pizza before i could even get out the door so I had to chase him so he could stop so I could get my pizza because he didn’t care if I got my pizza cause I paid for it before I even got it so I’m telling yall not to even bother going because the workers are all rude and don’t know how to do there job!

BEWARE OF DELIVERIES!
I ordered some of the wings for delivery and waited. 1 ½ hour later they have not arrived and I call them back. I the girl on the phone why my wings have not been delivered to me after this really long time and she asks me to hold. So I hold for another 5 minutes. When she finally gets back she tells me that the delivery guy did not pick up my food to drive to the house! She then asks me if I still want them delivered… NO I waited an hour and a half for you and took the time to call you back just to tell you I don’t want them.(Sarcasm) Overall I’m not happy at all. I do not recommend ordering from this place. P. S. I still had to pay for my food. The least the could’ve done is let this be free of charge.

This place really need to work on their time. I ordered a pizza online and I give them extra 5 minutes after the time they give me. When I picked up me pizza they said 5 more minutes but I didn’t get the pizza until 15 minutes later, I don’t think they place my order until I got there. The only reason I went there is because is 3 min. Walking distance from my house but next time I rather drive somewhere else. And on top off that my wings where really dry not much sauce :(

If i could give zero stars i would, not only are the workers incompetent and lazy but also very rude. I called my order half hour early and my pizza still wasnt ready. I asked for a soda and they said they ran out but I look through the employee only window and see a fridge stocked full of soda, she didnt even bother to look.

A little hard to find but the food was good. The girl taking my order seemed confused numerous times but the order came out just fine. I’d order from there again even though they’re out of crazy cheesy crust pizza!

My co-​workers ordered pizza delivery from this Pizza Hut today to celebrate my promotion. We have ordered many times from this Pizza Hut before. Today, they ordered three medium pizzas (one sausage, one cheese, and one pepperoni) to be shared among eight people. I ate four slices of pepperoni! I love Pizza Hut pizza, it tastes delicious! Online ordering is easy and quick, and the delivery was on-​time. I had a great lunch today :)
