This place is horrible! They moved to the Wells Fargo building next to main place and didn’t even notify me so there I went with my son for his appointment and they weren’t there anymore
My son goes somewhere else for ot and they moved down the street they made sure I knew and even called me to make sure
They don’t allow anyone to eat in the waiting room not even the kids waiting
And yet they allow people bring their pets into the waiting room
This one lady brought in her bird
The lady in the front with short hair is rude
They have toys in the waiting room but they don’t disinfect them or anything
There isn’t even wipes to disinfect them
And same for the toys for the children getting therapy
Those toys don’t get disinfected either
I will be change facilities today
