I originally had hired iYogi before finding and hiring the Safepcfix team. I had major issues with malware on my computer and iYogi could never get it removed. They constantly tried getting me to buy junk on my computer.
Once I found these guys, safepcfix, Chris logged into my computer and had it up and running in about 3 – 4 hours or so. The entire process was much smoother than any other companies I had worked for. They didn’t pester me to keep buying items from them either.
It’s tough picking out a company to trust and I suggest you do your research. If I hadn’t found these reviews, who knows what position I would be in. Chris was my technician and did an AMAZING JOB. I didn’t have to explain things over and over. I didn’t have to sit on the phone with him either. He took control, fixed the issues and called me when it was done.
In terms of the quality of work, the computer is better than it was before. It was running really slow, but it for how long it took, I know he removed a lot of items that weren’t supposed to be on here. I am glad they did. The computer works a lot better all around.
I will be hiring safepc again to repair my machine in the future. They did an excellent job!
