So my grand mother just moved to Santa Ana and naturally i just chose to goto CVS cuz where else do u go to get prescription drugs? Well CVS totally failed at getting her order right and on top of that was too lazy to call her doctors to get her meds approved by her doctor and insurance. They wanted me to pay 300 bucks cuz her new insulin wasn’t covered…
Luckily some people in the waiting area @ cvs told me about this pharmacy. The staff here was so helpful and professional! They took the time to get my grammas drugs approved by the insurance and took care of the transfer process from cvs.
On top of that they made a little sheet of paper on when and how to take each drug since shes on so many. So surprised they took the time…
Im very glad i made the switch. I feel alot better knowing the people working at this pharmacy actually care enough to make sure my grand ma is taken care of.
