This sprint sucks big time! Bought an iphone from the store, and got a defective 99c store charger, in a non-sealed box! Called the Support center, transferred 6 times in 34 minutes, of the same questions asked by 6 helpless reps! And worst yet, the last one hung up the phone!!! If there was a 0 or a minus star, this should be it!

0 reviews! I’m about to go in. Worst experience of my life. I went in on Saturday 1÷21÷16 looking to switch from att to a more affordable plan. My boyfriend and I both went in and I specifically told them that we wanted both unlimited, which we even put down $ 400 to have our monthly payment lower. Xmar helped us(think that’s how you spell that shit) and the plan seemed legit and affordable paying $ 130 plus taxes making it $ 155 per month together. Also since we signed that day and had credit union we wouldn’t have any activation fees. Before singing I specifically made clear that I wanted no surprises on my bill and I will see exactly these number agreed upon. Before signing he confirmed and then kept saying we can take a free tablet home. We told him many times we didn’t want the tablet, that we have iPads so it would be a waste but he insisted it was free and just to take it. Jessica the manager comes out and approves it all, she also was there for half the conversation. Both employees looked under qualify and not professional first of all. I’m ganna sum it up because this shit is getting long. I got my bill yesterday and it came out to $ 347.00 I couldn’t believe it. I also noticed I was being charged for the tablet and all these fees. I call customer service right away and they couldn’t believe everything I was told the day of signing. Customer service called them with me on the line and guess who picks up Xmar the guy who helped us Saturday. The customer service lady was amazing and couldn’t believe how unintelligent this employee was! Once we hung up with him she explained so many things, such as half of what he told me was not possible for my plan. I called Xmar back without her and basically he tried blaming me for everything saying how I miss understood the $ 130 a month and how the tablet was not free monthly. I honestly went in on him and couldn’t believe he was lying to me. Jessica the store manager was there as well and she was no help at all, she defended him!!! I specifically told her he was absolutely lying and that they both were there the day of me signing up and both were shady. I see this has happend more than once by reading the reviews. Ok I’m done now after this last one. After all this the Costomer serive lady at sprint put a great message to corporate and actually corporate contacted me and was apologizing. The man I spoke to was amazing and fixed everything but unfortunately my first payment will be higher because of some circumstances and fees Xmar and the manager Jessica put on my account. Do not touch my account, corporate fixed it! To everyone reading this I recommend not going to the Sprint at the main place in Santa Ana. Ugh we should have known better. And by looking at the rest of these reviews seems like I wasn’t the only one scammed.

New Store! New Staff! New Management! I love it! Came in and dropped in for a quick case for my cell phone after hearing about the backup battery device, I had to have it! I was greeted and helped by the store’s manager Jessica who made me feel welcomed and taken cared for. Funny thing, within my transaction, I noticed some wireless headphones I could use for the Gym too! Thanks to Jessica & her team I feel I received a expedited and pleasant experience.

Shady shit happens here, I went expecting to do a down payment for my easy pay phone annual upgrade b/c my credit was bad and well the only favor the manager Jessica did for me calling the corp to request an increase of sprint sending money to lower my down payment, so without me knowing she said I helped you lower down your payment to 150.00 bunch of bullshit. I had gotten a increase in my spending money to 300.00 to 800.00 leaving not putting a down payment and only the sales tax for $ 60.00 but she didn’t tell me that instead the rest of the money was accessories $ 86.00 that it was a free promo for 4th July. It came from her it was free and I was okay. She was entertaining me conversing with so not to notice the receipt. Later when I notice the fees of the accessories but just went back to return them. She told me she needed to return even the phone to bring up as I return the phone and be charge a restocking fee and screwing me over more. I called the corp at the spot and the rep felt it was shady too. But the corp guy just gave me a credit of 50.00 bucks and they can stick their $ 80.00 dollars up their ass not going back again there again…

After upgrading plans, adding lines and getting into another 2 year contract. They told me I had up to 14 days to return or exchange. 14 days later, I had to fight to return one sold phone connect line that they sold me on which I didn’t use once, and they would not exchange my upgraded phone for another since I wasn’t completely satisfied. Walked out with an awful experience and will NEVER recommend going here.

I had a great experience here yesterday! After being with Tmobile for 7 years I finally decided to switch to Sprint so I can get me a shiny new iPhone. I had been researching prices and comparing rates for a while and decided Sprint was what I wanted. Mike, the guy who helped me, was way beyond awesome. Very informative, helpful, and made it rain with the deals. I decided on the iPhone 4 because it’s within my budget of $ 99. Mike told me that starting that day, everyone who opens an account with them and stays with Sprint for 120 days will receive a $ 50 credit to their account. Sweet. He then went on to tell me that Arch Telecom offers a $ 100 rebate, which they mail to you, if you stay on for 120 days as well. He went even further and said based on my employer, I can receive a 22% discount on my monthly bill once I prove to be eligible for it. They even buy back old phones to recycle them and since I’d been using an old jailbroken 3g iPhone, they paid me $ 60 for it. My total for everything yesterday came out to be $ 112 and some change because I bought a case with it. My favorite part about the experience is not once did anyone try to up-sell me or tack on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Mike, along with the two other guys who were working there were all very nice and very informative. Thanks guys!
