Teng R Peter, DDS

Peter teng has been my dentist ever since I was a child. I also was never a child who feared the dentist and I always listened and trusted the doctor. He helped me when my two front adult teeth were growing behind my baby front teeth. Crazy right? Two pairs of adult teeth. The staff has always been caring and ask how’s the family doing. I have 4 sisters and we’ve all been coming here since we were children. Peter teng has been there to help us with our dental needs and met our family’s expectations. I love their collection of happy meal toys they keep on display. I’m now 25 and I keep my teeth and gums in shape and still have a great visit to dentist.

Dr. Teng is great. He has done a fantastic job working with my 3 year old daughter. His assistant is sweet and patient with her. My daughter was very scared and they worked very hard to get her to relax and have fun with her appointments. She also has a cleft lip and palate and Dr Teng is totally awesome and works with the Cleft/​Craniofacial team at CHOC. The outside of the building looks older but inside his office it clean and we are very happy there.
I noticed one bad review and the rest seem positive yet it looks like they forgot to rate it with stars. I am sure that brought the star rating down unnecessarily.

If I could put negative stars I would… I had booked my appt 4 weeks ahead of time. It was for a baby root canal for my 9 yr old. I picked this date because he didn’t have school, last thing I wanted is for him to go to school in pain or half asleep. So I take him in and I was 7 minutes late for my 8:30 appt… so the dentist assistant takes my son back and hands the tooth sealant done… I said wait what happen to the root canal, she said since you were late the Dr decided to book another appt for another day… are you fucken shitting me… 7 minutes late and that constitutes you not doing your job… never going back here EVER!!! I’m calling my insurance company to make sure they never use these people again… I had to plan a day off work to take my son in for this appt and for them to decide on their own not to honor their appt… horrible– — — negative 5 stars!!! Seriously not worth your time to use this dentist…
