The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I LOVE Coffee Bean but this location itself gets ¹⁄₅ only because it’s the lowest I can give. I came to this location about two weeks ago and two younger males and a younger female were working. They were all conversing and as I came up and stood there for about 5 minutes I asked for help and the female turned around and said «what» in a disturbed voice. Never mind that, I brushed it off and ordered 5 vanilla lattes. All three individuals forgot about my drinks which I was just standing and waiting for. Then handed me 2 lattes. I was standing around and waiting for my other lattes, once they gave them to me, I asked for coffee stoppers. The young male gave me 2. I kindly asked for more and he said «I thought you only had 2 coffees» I responded saying «no, I got 5» and then he deliberately shoved about 20 stoppers.
I didn’t ever want to go back again but I was with my Mom at the mall last week (2÷12÷16) around 6:30pm and she LOVEs coffee bean as well. So I said what the heck, let’s give these kids a second shot. This time it was the same two males from my last experience. With our luck, some guys came in to get coffee that seemed to be some of their friends. I was in front so I was able to order my coffee first. What happens? They totally forgot my order AGAIN! I got up from my chair just to make sure my coffee hadn’t been there for the past 20 minutes. The barista looks at me and says «OH, I forgot your coffee, I’ll get it right away». No, both baristas were just hanging out with their buddies who came to visit and forgot about their customers.
Can we say rude as hell? Coffee was cold as well BOTH TIMES. I could just go downstairs to Starbucks instead of dealing with these rude attitudes and lackadaisical mindsets. That is not how you run a business. Calling corporate.

Came in here today while waiting to get my phone repaired in the mall and their tea is excellent! I got a herbal lemon chamomile hot tea and was also pleasantly surprised to see they had raw sugar and vegan cookies. The cookie was a bit stale, however it wasn’t from another brand and out of the stores hand. Customer service was wonderful and this location had a nice café atmosphere for being located in the middle of a mall!

Great coffee and snacks. The service was friendly. My overall experience was better at this location then at other coffee beans and local cafes. I have other local spots I also enjoy, but the service made me happy this morning. Thanks

When I get sick of Starbucks this is the past I visit. Great atmosphere with cool baristas!

Always great coffee great place to veg out. There mini muffins are the perfect treat.

This place is nice and open. There is quick service, and my favorite is the black forest coffee. The only thing is that they ran out of cherries once and didn’t tell me until after they made the coffee.

Plenty of Parking and Speedy Service.

Very nice store, and the staff are nice as well! I always get an iced coffee at every coffee place I go to, and this did not disappoint! They are very quick in getting your order done too!

I get one thing here: Malibu dream. Mix of strawberry (and banana maybe?) fruit juice and vanilla. Delicious!!! I work right by this place so I’m there a lot. But the best part is, this place is always consistent. The people who work there are friendly. The drinks are made fast and always taste the same. Always worth the trip!

People are friendly and drinks are made properly. There’s a guy who pretty much get there when the place opens and turns one of the tables into his «office.» He’s the one with the portable monitor.
Tables get taken quickly, hence, the outlets too if you need to charge your device. Ironically, there’s a CBTL inside the Ralph’s next door.

I simply love all CBTLs and do a happy dance when I find one close by.
Always good tasting coffee at a great price! Dark Sumatra is my personal favorite.
Yummy blended drinks. Iced in the summer, hot in the winter. For me, the sugar free mochas pass my test for deliciousness with a low sugar splurge. I can’t really taste the difference. How do they do that?
A free cup of coffee when you buy a bag of beans. Yeah!
The beans are so fresh, still glowing with rich oils. In my book, the oilier, the fresher they are.
I haven’t been disappointed, their interiors are always clean and tasteful, and welcoming.

My favorite coffe shop, i am not even a coffee drinker!

Vanilla blended, teas, smoothies, NSA (no sugar added) options.

The honeydew melon drink from here lacks flavor. Not one of my favorite locations, but this will do when I don’t feel lilke walking across the street to the other location. I’ll have to try other drinks to give a better review.

Located inside Main Place Mall on the second floor. I’ve been here twice to study. Make sure you bring your own headphones because they be blarring techno! oh no!!!

I am a huge fan. I’ve always preferred Coffee Bean over Starbucks but I admit that I am not a true coffee lover. I like their ultimate ice blendeds (which my bf pointed out to me tasted like an ice cream) which goes to show how delicious it is.
I know its upwards of 600 calories but when I need a caffeine fix, I can’t think of a better way.
The girls here are lively, fun and super nice. We were served quickly and with a smile. And when you go to a coffee house in need of caffeine this is the type of service you need to have.

I don’t care if I’m running 15 minutes late to work, driving like a mad woman down the parking structure, or crossing the cracked filled street in four inch heels coffee spilling all over myself. It’s all worth it for the love of hazelnut latte from coffee bean when I sit down at my desk in the morning. Occasionally, an English breakfast tea latte when I’m in the mood. The girls that work here are full of energy I really don’t know how they do it since they’ve been there since 5/​6am. Makes me feel like I should match their level of high. They’re really sweet and greet you with a big smile when you walk in the door. I can’t comment on their sandwiches or croissants, but the scones and cookies are too sweet for me. The service is quick and I’m in and out with my coffee. They have a back room that’s good for studying too. Love this place!

Every now and then I come here because of how quiet the back room can be. The solid wood chairs are suprisingly comfortable too! To me its the perfect combo of quiet and cool. On my last visit i had a wild berry hibiscus iced tea and a warm chocolate chip cookie. Worked out pretty good for me!
There is also main room when you walk in and a patio iin case the back is too quiet or isolated for you!

This place is clean, staff is friendly, and I had my favorite iced lemonade! They are also doing this awesome thing where you pay $ 9.95 for a bag of ground coffee that will get sent to our troops overseas and you can write a message on the back of the coffee bag… PLUS u get ur drink for FREE!

Yummmm Iced Mocha from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! Pure heaven!!! I love this place… I believe it’s my new favorite coffee spot!
This coffee chain seems less crowded than most other coffee shops and their drinks are SO much better… I can’t explain it, they just are! There’s ample seating in this location, which is good for an hour of catching up with a friend!!!
