I went here to see the musical called«Altar Boyz.» It was hilarious and this theater provided such a close and intimate setting that we got to experience the characters walking into the audience and serenading people. The bathrooms are clean and plentiful. The concession stand was small, but I took advantage of the $ 1 snacks and bought 2 of my favorite chocolates: Kit Kat and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Parking is $ 3 for all day and is done through a slot box, but must have exact change. Ambrosia is the restaurant above this place and I have been there as well, very classy. Each seat seems to have a very good view of the stage and ample space in between the rows to allow for leg room. So if you are ever in Santa Ana and would like to watch a show up close and personal, then go to the OC Pavillion and you can leave the binoculars at home!

Went to see a tribute band and in my opinion I don’t think there is a bad seat in the theater, unless you are way up on top. Sound was good, so I really have nothing bad to say about this place. They have valet parking but you can also find parking on the street. There is a nice restaurant there, did not get a chance to try but will definitely try the next time I’m there, they also have a small bar before you go in and had no trouble ordering even though there is only one bartender. The larger bar is downstairs.

Sebastian Sidi crazy talented. He’s trying to produce himself; that is why many haven’t heard of him or seen him lately. I first saw the band on PBS. I woke up and thought I was dreaming. I couldn’t figure out what I was hearing. They’re rock, jazz, latin, classical – all mixed up in one. You have to go see them at the OC Pavillion on July 11. They perform other places during the year. Hook up and find out where. Do yourself a favor – go and enjoy! Rock on. laurgirl

We went to the Mitch Fatel show on Sat. Gotta say… this place was back asswards. They will called the tickets, which I’m cool with, but then had lines everywhere. We were there 45 min before the show started so we could get in and have a drink and They didn’t start letting people in until 20 min before it started. The will call line was pretty long and when I got up there, they had to research my tickets because they didn’t have them pulled out. Then they send you back outside(will call is actually inside the building) to wait in another line to get BACK inside. We got in the line outside that was right next to the door, only to find out 10 min later that it was a valet pick up line. We got into the right line and got inside only to find a huge line for the bar, which only had ONE bartender for a couple hundred people. To wrap this up, I waiting in line while the wife got us seats, but after 20 min of literally not moving, I gave up and sat down so I didn’t miss the show. Maybe since it was a taping they were trying to keep people from getting smashed? I doubt I will be returning to this venue.
