Really good tortas (Mexican sandwich?). It must be there speciality because they have a whole variety of tortas they make. I was not disappointed at all with taste. They have so many options to choose from. This was my first time at a Mexican restaurant like this, where tortas was there specialty. They do have other options like tacos, plates, burritos etc., but I highly recommend trying the tortas.

This place is near my home. My boyfriend loves the food but now eating there not so much. HORRIBLE service from the girls. This place has so much potential. The waitresses look like there doing me a favor by taking my order. When it’s a single male all there attention is towards the male customer. There waters like horchata licuado de fresa all are so delicious but the lady making them takes forever!!! It was not busy but she feels like she has no hurry. Let me just say. I got my drink so late and my food came no joke right after. They do not check up on you but expect a tip when they give you the bill. That’s when they are super friendly and trying to give me boxes and «do it» for me. Do yourself the favor not eating here. Take it to go.

Great little spot to get a bite to eat. It has typical Mexican food. You can also come in for nice cold refreshing agua. They have a great staff. Very helpful. Seating could be bigger. Prepare to listen to Mexican music as you enjoy your food.

The service is terrible! The waitresses have no manners. I was getting some salsa and two of them just cut me off and got on my way. I was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes, it took them twice as long to get my 4 tacos. Now to the worse part, the food. I love tacos and these were the most awful tacos I’ve had in a very long time! Their selling point is the hand made tortillas. The same tortillas that can’t hold the meat and fell apart as soon as I picked it up! The meat is completely flavorless! All these positive reviews must be from relatives or the employees. Terrible experience!!!

Don’t waist your time here. Went with my bf for some tacos. The meat was half cold & half warm. We noticed the cook grab some meat from a tray & just reheated the meat. They noticed us picking at our food & just laughed. We didnt even eat half of our food so we paid & left. Horrible service. Your server doesn’t come check up on you until your just about done.

i been here before a couple times when i was pregnant around 2 years ago bc i was craving a torta anyways last week i stop by again for the first time in 2 years
honestly this place is just well known in the Hispanic community but theres nothing special or outstanding about it
tortas are average and they have aguas frescas which are yummy
overall the food is okay prices are alright and the staff can come off as rude
if i do come back itll be in another 2 years if i get pregnant and crave this but until then i probably wont…

Plain and simple. The tortas here SUCK! Save yourself the disappointment, and go elsewhere for a good torta. I have been here numerous times to try a different torta, hoping that the next time will be better, but NOPE. Today I decided I will never order a torta from here again! Plus, they take FOREVERRR! I also don’t understand why they have to put their tortas in a panini maker, but whatevs. Makes the bread hard and dry in my opinion. They used to give you fries with your torta, but now they serve it with some hard potato chips. Meh. The only thing worth going in there for is their aguas frescas, shakes and smoothies so I will give them one star for that.

Amazing menudo (they have it daily) with the freshest and most delish HANDMADE corn tortillas (made right there) I’ve had in a long time. Their breakfast is also good. They also have fresh squeezed fruit juices and liquados. Can’t believe I had never been here before. Service was also friendly amd accommodating. Prices very reasonable for freshly prepped food. Definitely worth trying out if you’re in the area.

I ordered 2 different tortas from post mates, and this establishment tried to overcharge me (6 dollar overcharge) knowing that I wasn’t here. I received my order with the correct tortas, but they charged for 2 of the most expensive tortas that I didn’t order. Obviously they knew what I ordered since I received the correct items, but they decided they wanted to try to overcharge me by putting that I ordered two higher priced tortas. Not cool.

The food is great! The one star is because unfortunately I experience bad customer service today. I been coming here for years but today they have this waitress name Karen who think she is the owner of the place. My order was wrong and when I told her, instead of apologizing she rolled her eyes telling me that we were wrong not her. She walked away mumbling. She didn’t come to ask if we needed anything else so I approach her asking her for my tab and a large cup for my drink that I didn’t finish. She said she will bring cup to my table, and when she did she place it hard and walk away. Horrible customer service. Manager needs to train her how to deal with customers.

My absolute favorite thing about TORTAS SINALOA (other than the pastor and shrimp tacos) is the piña water! Words cannot even begin to describe how fresh and sweetly delicious the waters are. I always try to stop by to pick one up when I’m in the area!
Haven’t tried the Tortas yet, but definitely planning to on my next time in. I did see that the Tortas are served with fresh cut potato chips. What a cool idea!
The place is cute and super clean inside. Cleanliness to me is super important when it comes to restaurants that I frequent.
Overall I give this place 5⁄5.

The tortas are smaller than other places however they are delicious and filling, I also had pineapple drink and my friend had a strawberry smoothie both of us thought our beverages were great. My friend ordered another dish but we were full from sharing my torta and had to take it to go. I found the service friendly, the ladies that waited on us were all smiles. Our waitress would come out to explain if there was a small delay due to it was busy even their tortillas chips are made at the time of order. I did enjoy the music but it was a little to loud, I loved that they decorated for Halloween makes the place look festive and inviting. Definitely will be going back.

The worst customer service and the food is just terrible. I ordered the enchiladas and they were terrible to soggy and the sauce was so watery. I also got the Mamey drink and I kid you not smelled like vomit. Sorry but this place was terrible. The only reason I’m giving it two stars was because they served me within 5 minutes of my order. Wonder why.

I came in good hopes of a good torta and Agua Frescas. I must give credit, the strawberry with milk was delicious.
I walk in around noon and was seated by this lady who seemed to have had a bad morning. Leave that at the door honey, you’re at work… put on a smile. When I go into a restaurant the first thing I notice is the customer service. I HATE bad service.
I ordered from bad mood girl and my food came pretty quick… along with a big nasty bug on the window!!! This place is dirty! From the windows to the floor.
Aside from that, the torta Fontana was basic, the 5 potato chips were stale and the bug was Nasty.
I’m Mexican and used to whole in the wall places but damnnnnn. Clean a little!!! I couldn’t enjoy or finish my food. The drink was good though!!!

Best damn Agua Frescas in the area. No Contest. Not even a little.
I haven’t had their tortas yet, so that will come with the update… but the Horchata and the Fresas are my favorite frescas here… I have yet to try all of them (There are like 10 different kinds! its a summer dream!)
This definitely takes me back to Mexico in the summer, cold drinks, hot weather, and a mariachi band playing on the radio. The tortas and the dishes look great, as well as Menudo offered on Sundays…
I wish this place was closer to the 405… instad of Mcfadden & Wal mart!!!

The aguas frescas are thee best around. I’ve had Pina, Melon, Frutas, and Fresa de con leche. All of them are great. My fav tho is the melon. The tacos are pretty good for being a torta place. Now… the cream of the crop… is the tortas… I’ve had their Fontana, which is a carne asada torta. it was good, nothing too exceptional. Then I tried the torta Cancun, which is Milanesa (breaded steak), jamon (ham), melted cheese, avocado, & some other stuff that I can’t recall… but OMG it is thee best. I definitely recommend this place… I’d say try something other than boring ol carne asada… & definitely try one of the aguas. So refreshing on a hot cali day.
