After I’ve already told them that I would like to cancel their service after one year (4 quarterly services), they keep calling me offering different technician. It is very annoying because I have to repeat myself to at least three different people so far. Also, they should not rely on a specific technician or blame on another as it is their company, who should be responsible, not a technician that they hired.
They also used a phone with no caller ID to work around my phone that blocked their phone number. They are very sneaky!

This is my second visit and today I had Jeremy. He was excellent. He called and text to confirm and reconfirm the appointment. He asked me a couple of questions; was I happy with the last service, any rooms need to be excluded, would you like the base boards or floor and then explained when and where he was spraying next. He then added he was going to walk around the house and remove any webs. I was super delighted with Jeremy. Thanks.

We leave in Irvine, orange country. Robert did a very good today. He came on time and sprayed the pest control where ever we asked him to spray, He was very polite and professional.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I wish there was a zero star. JOE the owner will swindle his way to your house to then give you hidden charges and unexpected unwarned outrageous quotes. SHOP AROUND. I told him over the phone it was a duplex, he texted his guy (I saw) it’s a duplex and then cranked the price for 2 properties. This guy doesn’t even know what a duplex is. Come on folks… Spread the word and tell your friends I know I will! Too bad his good workers have to deal with him.

Outstanding Service. Been using there service for over 10 years. Prompt, company does what is says it does. Fast same day service if we have a problem. Technicians are very friendly over the last 10 years we had 3 different ones. Seems like they train their people very well. Had a mice problem in new home 10 years ago and got the rodent protection and they seal up all the open areas which helped and were out right away if we heard anything. Great company I don’t feel like just a number. Totally recommend
